Same as everyone else. Ordered using Wowcher from shopmonk, way past delivery date, no response from several emails, bloody chancers. Going to raise complaint through credit card now. What a waste of time. Never again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I would give 0 stars if I could. Shocking customer service. They have not delivered my order and refuse to help or interact with me in any way. They seem to breach the consumer rights act of 2015 willingly and have no way to escalate a complaint. The only way I think they will learn is if someone takes them to court. Disgusting behaviour from them.

1 star because cant give 0. Shocking customer service ! Spent almost £100 and no delivery more than a week after it was supposed to be. Several phone calls, Several promises that someone will call me back still nothing! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Still trying to find out where my delivery is or get a refund

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SHOP MONK LIMITED. I placed an order with Shop Monk Limited, via B&Q marketplace. The goods have not been delivered. The first time I telephoned Shop Monk Limited. I was told that someone would call me back. Nothing. I emailed Shop Monk Limited. No response. I sent a second email. No response. This morning I called Shop Monk Limited again. I was told that if I email them more than once, my email will be treated as junk mail and I will go to the bottom of the queue. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SHOP MONK LIMITED. This company has taken my money and I have not received the goods.

I ordered a parasol base from this company via B & Q. Delivery of the product was speedy and it arrived intact and well packaged 2 days later. I opened up the package to check the item and found that the retaining bolt which holds the stem to the base was missing. I have now emailed the seller 3 times over the last few days in order for them to send me a retaining bolt and to date not had a reply, which I'm obviously not happy about. So at this time I'm a very disappointed customer who just wants a bolt!!!

I just wish I had read reviews. This company is a CON. They are terribly polite but are fraudsters. We bought a 75.5cm firepit. It arrived and was 58.5cm. We queried this and all Paul said was 'send it back through the eBay channels'. When asked if they had the one advertised they ignored this until I asked three more times. I asked to speak over the phone but they said they don't have to. #alarmbell given their phone number is on their website. No answer. They eventually said they had just ONE in stock at 75.5cm for us and the would hold on to it until we returned the original item. So we returned it. A week later I've asked when we can get the one we actually paid for. Another polite sincere apology and a refund saying actually they don't have it. And yet it took a week for them to tell me.
Just to be clear as i hope you are reading this Paul and others at Shop Monk, you never had any intention of sending a larger firepit because you never had one. You even changed the size if it on ebay to 60cm (which is still a lie because its 58.5cm) as soon as we told you. You just knew that if you refunded us then we couldn't leave bad feedback on ebay. A good old ebay loophole. Still going to report you anyway.

Horrendous experience with a completely incompetent outfit. I strongly suspect they don't actually exist and are scammers laundering money as they sent me the wrong item I ordered from Groupon. Rung them 4x now and like other customers, only speak to a 'receptionist' who says someone will ring me back but, yes you've guessed it, they never do! I strongly advise people to never use this 'outfit' nor Groupon who have insulted my intelligence by ignoring me or saying my case is resolved! I'm going to report them both to Trading Standards now.

Ordered a water feature which was due 25 March. Never arrived. Rang the company and was told by the receptionist she didn't have access to sales records!!! Had to complain to OnBuy. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
Got a refund from Pay Pal after logging a complaint.

Ordered an item from shopmonk for a Christmas present but was sent the wrong item that cost less than half the value of the item i ordered.

Phoned them and was told someone would phone me back very soon..
No Call..
phoned again to be told there's nothing they can do??!! and to send them a message?!!
After sending messages and email no reply
So I've had to go elsewhere and buy another Christmas present last minute..

AVIOD. This company seems to masqueraide under various names, including Nubiru which is the company i ordered an item from via Amazon. Almost immediately realised i needed to cancel the item so tried to do so but there was not an automatic cancel button which is usual for Amazon so had to do an on line chat thing. When there was no response and the auto thing said you might not be contacted for 2 days, and wanting to get the cancellation done BEFORE it was dispatched, I looked up the company (Nubiru, but the phone number is for Shop Monks) and asked to cancel. Can't do it she said, has to be done via Amazon. But have already done that I said.
Next day tried again to cancel. Nothing. Then at the end of the day got an email saying item has been dispatched. Phoned the Shop Monks number and asked for a returns label. she said someone would contact me first thing next day (which is today now) No-one phoned so i phoned them again and requested a returns label to be emailed to me. Nothing. no email, no phone call, nothing at all. Now have emailed Shop Monks via their normal shop address rather than via Amazon but don't hold out much hope. This is the sort of business that does not deserve to survive due to bad customer service and lack of communication, but using all these different company names means that people will get caught out at least once, like me, though never again in my case.
Item arrived in due course and I sent it straight back with the courier.
Following week: Still nothing from Nubiru so got Amazon involved and due to the complete lack of communication over an extended period, Amazon are going to refund me and claim it back from the seller. I wish Amazon would ban sellers like these.

Do not use this company. I inadvertently ordered 2 items, so immediately contacted them to cancel one. They sent two. However, because it contained Butane gas the couriers would not take it back. They obviously sent it without informing them of the contents! No customer service. No response to emails. Terrible compsny

Bought a heat belt for bad back pain, it was advertised as having 6 settings, but it arrived only having 3. As I was pretty desperate I used it anyway, but it failed to get warm after only 4 evenings of use. Contacted them by telephone to be told not a problem, gave all the details they asked for then...nothing!
Got PayPal involved, opened a dispute, took them nearly two monypths but got my refund today! I emailed Shopmonk 5 times during all this, totally ignored everything I sent, AVOID THIS COMPANY like the plague!!! DO NOT USE!!!
