You will never be able to have your points for clubcard

Having done lots of surveys got an email a year ago stating that they were unable to redeem our points for Tesco Clubcard until new year 2023. It is now end of July 2023 and still waiting. Tesco have changed the points now from x 3 to x 2 and still unable to redeem, in Tesco website they are still stating you can get more points by doing these surveys. So where are my points which I would like please . When emailing shoppers thoughts to ask I just get the regurgitated reply , how long does a technical issue last

Absolute pony!

Absolute pony!! Don't waste your time thinking you will get easy Tesco points for these trivial surveys / discussion room comments. 5 surveys apparently to get the points.....not anymore. Carried out several surveys already and only 1/4 way through to getting anything back. Complete waste of time, try another survey website where you will get paid for each survey rather than lining the pockets of someone else!!

Redemptions take forever

Surveys are fun although redemptions take over a month. Customer service not very good. Much better survey sites out there that are far more responsive. Was much better when it was run by TESCO
