I purchased 5 pair of shoes and got the run around and were told they were delivered. Told to check with post office and they never heard of such a tracking number. Nothing but a scam. What goes around comes around. Tired of the crooks in this world - get a job instead of cheating people who have worked hard for their money their whole lives (worked ever since I was 11 years old). Thiefs!!!

I ordered a few products in 9/20/22 never received a tracking number, sent several emails, only one response with some bull rhetoric! I am furious, it’s too much of a difficult time already w/o corps like this blatantly scamming without flinching and lack of remorse!! This will not go unpunished! They have put in a lot of work and effort to willfully take from people, well their pay day is coming sooner than later

Package not arrived
Package supposedly sent to wrong address and I informed them of that . Nacy deeply apologized and said she would get it straightened out and get the package sent to me. I also lodged a complaint with Pay Pal hoping that they could get me my product or get my money refunded.
Scam operation
Yes I read what happened to three customers and the same thing happened to me. This Nacy would seem to be the sole operator and responds in the wee hours of the morning, always very apologetic. They also asked me for the last 4 digits of my credit card which I supplied. I placed my order for a cellphone on 9/6/23 and it was going to be sent as soon as they had authenticated my card particulars. It seemed genuine. On 9/15/23 I received an email that my merchandise had been dispatched and again on 9/18/23. Not even 24 hours later I also received another email informing me that the item had been sent on 9/11/23 and was supposedly delivered to the reception or foyer of my apartment complex. The email that I was supposed to use to track my package had the tracking number greyed out and when I queried this, Nacy sent me these bogus tracking details. I then saw the supposed tracking number on the top left corner and when fed into USPS tracking, nothing came up. I sent Nacy a long email pointing out all the inconsistencies and have not received any response as yet. I am going to report this to my bank. Buyer beware!!
Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I made a purchase from the company off Facebook. They asked for a picture of my card with the last 4 digits or a copy of the purchase from the credit card company. I have been given the runaround from several service associates. The tracking says my package was delivered but it definitely was not.

I purchased a cheap watch off their website (Thrift Store or The Bioco.com - they then wrote to me and it showed up as Shoppfun???). They wrote to me saying that they wanted a copy of my debit card and a copy of the approval text message from my bank. I said no to both. They, someone called 'Nacy', said that my watch had been shipped. That was a week ago. I doubt I will see anything! Very suspect! I notified Facebook as that is where I saw the ad and I have informed my bank. Sad that we live in a world that is now so corrupt. Stay away from this company.
Fake company? Still waiting on my parcel…
I can’t help but think this company is fake. I have not yet received my package yet, they have responded to my email saying my item has been sent. 🤔 They said they needed a photograph of my debit card before confirming my order. I refused (I’m not that stupid!) but they said they would send the item out anyway, I’m still waiting….
Update: parcel didn’t arrive in Scotland but apparently’ delivered to somewhere in England, so they say)
Please, steer clear!
