They are selling used/damaged/dirty products and requires you as a customer to pay for the return if you want the damaged goods replaced.
They claim that they don’t sell used products and that it was delivered to them in that condition from the manufacturer and that this is the customers problem. It’s not reasonable that this responsibility lies with the customer, shopping4net won’t take any responsibility what so ever so I would advise you to shop elsewhere.
In my case it was a dust bin with a scratched lid and stains on the produkt, parts of the packaging material was also missing (ordered an identical product from another vendor so it was easy to compare).

Will never buy anything from Shopping4net. this company is trying to make money not only from selling goods but also by adding penalties weekly to their customers. What kind of business model is this?
This is absurd. I have already paid almost twice the amount of the item I bought, and now they are asking me to pay another 490 kr. Altogether, that comes to nearly 900 kr for an item that originally cost 170 kr. Are you being serious?
WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Adding this after seeing the reply from Shopping4net, as it is misleading. You stated that payment reminders are sent once a month (“it is important to follow the payment dates we send out once a month”), but that is simply not true. You send reminders every single week, each time adding a 60 kr late payment fee. I was on vacation during that period and couldn’t check my emails regularly, yet the fees kept piling up.
This feels like taking advantage of customers, especially considering I have now paid more than double the original 170 Kr amount. It’s an unfair and unacceptable business practice, and no company should operate this way. It is a shameful way to treat customers.
Any company should be focusing on selling their products and making money, and it’s reasonable to charge a late payment fee once a month. But you added fees every single week. This shows that you are taking advantage of customers and profiting from late payment charges rather than from the products you sell.
No wonder nearly 1/3 rd of your customers have given you a 1‑star rating. Honestly, I would have given minus (–) 5 stars if that were an option. Dirty business tactics. worst online shopping experience in my life.

I bought a toy for my son for a good price, According to the online store they sent me 6 invoices. Each invoice had an large increase. I only received three and all had increases. I never received the bill for the order, I got an email indicating the order had been sent which included the price I was to pay, but never the invoice. I did not find them in junk either.

Unfortunately 2 smaller bowls were broken in transit. I sent and email and images to customer service late Sunday night and had a fast response that they will be replaced Monday morning. It’s Tuesday morning, I receive a SMS the replacements have arrive and are waiting to be picked up! I mean, I think it’s almost expected that customer service is terrible with MANY online retailers - I expected the same here but am extremely shocked they proved me wrong?!
Extremely extremely happy with my purchase and the EXCELLENT customer service from Shopping4net. Will definitely be here first before I go anywhere else!!
Very happy with the entire transaction from ordering to receipt of item. Price was far lower than any other supplier 😀

Synbiotics that I received today, 24th of February 2021, are with expire date 4-2021. I feel cheated by this company. They could at least state or announce before delivery that the product is with short expire date.
Shame!
UPDATE:
After contacting the customer service (as I was advised after my post here), I was offered 50% discount for the product, or to turn it back. Since I had already opened the product, the option was to accept 50% - which I did accept.

UPDATE: I had received the wrong product but after contacting the customer service, i got a reply within an hour and they sent the right product later that day! The delivery was super quick. The customer service is fantastic!
