I have ordered from this retailer three times. Each time I have had an issue with an order whether it be stuff is cheap quality, the sizing is way off, and now today a ripped item of clothing. The worst part is if you want to return anything you have to pay shipping and they only give you a merchandise credit. I am so angry and frustrated. I returned an item that I didn’t know was final sale and they simply told me “you cannot return this” yet they never sent it back to me or tried to figure out a way to ship it back to me so I gave a product back to them with nothing in return. Avoid this retailer at all cost! Shein or Romwe honestly has better clothing

I'm going to give them a 3 star and I will explain why. A few years ago, I would say around 2014/2015 I found them by a search on Instagram/Pinterest looking for some unique pieces. I did buy 2 Items from their website. A vegan leather jacket with studs which has lasted a very long time and I do enjoy it very much plus it is very warm. Also, I purchased a purple dress for a wedding, which is one of my favorite dresses. Fast forward around a year ago or so. I ordered 3, as the website strictly stated and I also sent a DM to the Instagram page, were full length to the waist turtlenecks. I ordered them in large (for reference I am around 120 lbs at 5'4) just to be safe. They came in and were clearly CROP TOPS. It took me almost a month to return them and receive a refund. I would give them a third chance for sure, but size up ladies, size up! also, make sure you immediately try the pieces on and send back, they do run you around a little and it can be frustrating. They also have really good sales like every day which is really fun. all in all, an average company with cute pieces, they should be more transparent though. <3

SCAM!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! 0 STARS is more appropriate! I paid $50 for a top and NEVER received it! They literally told me OH Well and that I wasn't going to get my money back OR the product!?? SCAM SCAM SCAM

This is the first time I have bought abroad and it's the last. I understand that customs fees were to be paid and I paid them when I bought them however I got the surprise of a 30€ bill extra when my product arrived. I was told that they had forgot to give me the customs paper and this is why I have to pay extra. When I asked they told me they didnt know anything about this. It's a complete fraud. This will be the first time I leave a harsh comment but it has been the worst shipment I have experienced. I was told to find out what paper it was. A good customer service would know it at least find out, especially if you want to conserve your customer.

If you're researching shop priceless before buying from them... I'm here to tell you DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have bought three things from them and have a couple of observations to share:
1. Terrible quality shoes: the straps are rough and cut into skin leaving blisters and welts after only a few blocks of walking.
2. Scam online product review: they don't post negative reviews, I know because I have written a couple that never were posted. That's why some 'bestselling' items don't have any reviews.. because everyone hates them.
3. When these shoes cut my feet and I reached out to the company for a refund with pictures as proof of damage... they declined because I had worn the shoes.. like?!?! Further they labeled my blisters and cuts as 'some pain'. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are a sketchy, get-rich-quick wanna be by some losers that are trying to get big on instagram. Don't waste your money

Happy with this site these "Roberta boots " I purchased are my fave and I always get compliments.
Tip: Wait for a sale and you can totally score!

I ordered a couple of items and overall they are bad quality. It's the type of quality you expect from a sketchy site! The clothes are completely translucent (including pants!) So you can't even wear them without showing off everything underneath. I also ordered 2 pairs of the same shoes but in different color and only one pair fits. So sizing is inconsistent.

I am always a bit weary about shopping online but I found a sweater I've been wanting for a long time so I took a chance. I really like it. The shipping took a week. The material is overall thinner than I thought I would be, but it was so cute. I overall like it, it was cheaper than the stores would have been.

I have ordered from this brand multiple times and I love them! The girl up front was so nice gave me a free gift when came in to pick up my order.

Fraud Site

I ordered a Vest and the pockets were fake it did not state that in the description. The packing slip stated if you are unhappy return so I did and paid the $8 to ship back. Three weeks later I got an email saying my return was denied because the item was on sale never did the site, email order confirmation or packing slip indicate that this item was a final sale. Not only do they sell bad products their policy is vague and hidden. Bottom line save yourself some money and DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I just bought 2 tops, a dress and a romper from here and I loved them. The romper was a little small and I ended up returning it but the process was really easy. The girl on the phone was super friendly and helpful. I ended up ordering the same romper over the phone with her in a larger size.

I’ve ordered more than once from this website after I first found their page from Instagram. I love the clothes, the quality is great, and the prices are affordable and reasonable. They also have good sales sometimes. What I don’t like is the shipping. It takes 1.5 weeks for the order to arrive and I just wish it was quicker. I live in the states of course. The other thing I don’t like is how one time, they sent me the wrong item in one of my orders! I had to let customer service know on their live chat, which they were really helpful and professional with, and then they immediately emailed me a return label which I was able to print out and mail the incorrect item back. It was a big inconvenience and it took another 1.5 week to get my correct item back. Overall, they’re a great company I just wish they would be more accurate and careful with orders. I hope they will not mistaken any orders of mine again.

Edit - I ordered 3 more times from this company since writing this review, and all my orders have been accurate since then. I guess from that one time, someone must have had a bad day or something and messed up but I’m glad my orders have been accurate since then!

This company is a joke ! My mother spent 53 € in 2 dresses that the quality was terrible! She returned them and after they took a long time to give her a cupon because they refused her the refund!!!!! She received 40 euros bwcause they took her the shipping and guess what!!!! The cupon never worked we complained thy sent one more after one week and in the end it worked we choose what we wanted ro buy and the shipping was 75 euros!!!!! What a joke! They just stole our money! I would never buy nothing from this awful place! Just go to ebay is cheaper. Zero stars if i could.

I seriously love this store! They have the cutest clothes and they usually fit really well. I did order something in an xs had to return it. They were so nice about it and even gave me a discount to use toward my next purchase.

Shop Priceless sells the cheapest clothing. It's thin and is not good quality either. In addition to this, they take forever to ship items and the return policy is even worse. Not only do you have to pay shipping for the item in the first place, you also have to pay return shipping if you want to return the item. Their customer service is not good at all. I would not recommend ordering items from this company. What you see is not what you get.

This company is terrible!!! not only is the clothes cheaply made but if you return something it takes weeks to get your refund!!! I was sent a romper already ripped than they sent me a replacement and that one ripped after one use. I shipped back a return at my cost which they received 6/7/17 and till today 6/26/17 have yet to get my refund!!!

I have literally never been unsatisfied with this company. They usually always have the specific items im looking for and more. Not to mention there's always a sale when I go to shop, so I always end up getting a huge haul two or three times a year. And it only takes about a week for my things to arrive. I don't mind the wait. There hasn't been a single item I've disliked or wanted to return!! I just love it. The only con I would have it that they sell out of small items super quickly but this doesn't happen to me that often. But it would be nice to see quicker restocks.

I haven't even gotten an email about my order being shipped out and it's been over a week. I email them multiple times and I get nothing back. Terrible customer service, will never buy here again. Even websites based out of china ships faster than the,.

A couple of weeks ago I made a purchase of 184$ it took two weeks to come even though I paid for express shipping! Then once the package came I had to pay an extra 40$ even though I paid 60$ for shipping already, the quality is crap and the service there is horrible! I returned my package and tell me how I only recived 75$ when I paid 184$ I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy from here both me and my friend are highly Unsatisfied
