Order made over a month ago with no communication or responses to my request for updates. Seems like a scam site!!

Appalling
Appalling, 8 really would avoid ordering from this site, The item arrived, took a while (2 to 3 weeks). When it arrived I immediately knew I would be returning it. Fabric was dreadfully thin, the stitching was awful, buttons didn't line up with bottom holes etc. Trying to return it was frought! There wasn't a returns label or address in the packaging. I emailed at least 4 times, I did have replies but they didn't answer my questions. Eventually, after they tried to entice me to keep by offering further discounts, they said I could return it to China in the original packaging at my expense. I no longer had the original packaging and I had run ouf of puff, so the cardigan is now in the charity shop and I have vowed to myself never to shop there again.

My experience at Ruby’s was nothing short of amazing! His store was organized and easily accessible. Ruby literally has everything from dresses, purses, shoes, and so much more. Even hats and scarfs, you name it and you can find it all at one location, RUBY’S!! Ruby’s personality was welcoming and friendly and I can’t wait to go back and find something incredible to wear to my next event !

Poor customer service and return policy
I received the dress late mid week and called and left a message Friday night on the machine and sent a message via their website to call me to return the dress .. nothing none called or replied to my request .. I called again Monday in which whom ever answered the phone said it was out of their 3 day return policy … he raised his voice at me … I wouldn’t buy a thing from this web site I spent close to $500 and they are poor at best in customer service

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Within seconds of placing the order, I emailed them. The order hasn’t shipped yet but they claim they can’t do anything to help me.

This is now our go-to shop for dresses! They have such an amazing selection. Even my very picky daughter found so many dress options for upcoming dances. But the best part is their customer service. We live across the country, and our orders are always shipped quickly and packed with care. Love this store!
There is an Angel working at Ruby’s
I had been searching for a homecoming dress for my daughter. She has a plus size figure and it seemed impossible to find a dress to fit. I found out about Ruby’s via the internet. When we walked into the location we were warmly greeted. The owner worked diligently with her to help select a dress she loved. However when the dress she chose was not in her size and he seen the look on her face. He said “ if that’s the dress you want that’s the dress you will have” he totally reconstructed the dress to accommodate her shape. The customer service he provided was beyond professional, he was personally dedicated to making a shy, overweight young lady look absolutely beautiful and feel empowered. She is a freshman at a new school, in a new city, at the age when everything in life seems awkward, she was gracefully bold and confident. She received so many compliments and had a great time. Thank you!!!

My daughter has been searching for a particular gown that seemed to be sold out everywhere. She located it online at Ruby's.
Shopping online can be very impersonal. But when we called to verify that gown was indeed available, we received very personalized attention.
And follow-up when CC card company delayed the payment (to wait for verification) we got the same personalized and patient professionalism.
