Bad Products! Bad Management! Bad Service!
Extremely horrible experiences with this business. Poor product quality. Constant shipping delays. Often receive items broken or damaged right out of packaging or in midst of first wear attempt. I have at least 14 broken pieces of jewelry, handbags, and clothing. “Store credit” is their only resolve when damaged, broken or irregular merchandise is “companies fault.” I would not mind store credit let’s say in the event I simply changed my mind but to be forced to accept store credit if you return the companies defective product is poor business practice and a gravely unfair resolution. They strong arm and control their clientele. They also make you send emails, pictures and jump through unnecessary hoops to even start a return of “their” defective products. The hope here is to aggravate you into keeping items (hence the reason I have over 14 bad items),
Shipping is horrible. My last two orders took weeks when they assure processing in 1-3 days. I had to send an email inquiry for shipping update. Otherwise they do not advise. Very arrogant business.
Customer service manager very unprofessional. I have lodged several complaints with company for obvious reasons. The complaints are met with micro aggression (I.e. nice nasty emails, offensive/bullying calls by management, removing me from sales notifications database, etc.)
Stay clear of this company! The owner has a special “craft” and charisma to draw in customers with her jovial personality and great style but once you commit and start spending money with this company (I’ve spent over $15,000.00) they will treat you like trash. Very “entitled” company who fails to realize the customer makes the business prosper not vice versa.
