Cowboys selling seconds

After speak to a guy called Peter Williamson for a while I decided to place an order as the pavers were so cheap in comparison to anywhere else. Unfortunately when they were delivered a manhole cover and kerb were destroyed by their delivery driver and the guys laying the pavers said they were the worst they’d ever work with. Peter told me that’s normal and I should contact the council about damage to my drive…….cowboys selling poor products

I ordered some tiles from this on line…

I ordered some tiles from this on line store. They were marked as in stock with a delivery of a week. Perfect, only I didn't hear anything. I phoned up to be told that online orders need to be handled by a certain individual. I messaged then but received no response. I tried again and was told I would hear later.
Another day passes, 8 in total from order time, to be told they are not in stock! I was offered an alternative, but that wasn't suitable.
The frustrating thing is they didn't bother to tell me, so I'll have to cancel my tiler and start again with a different company.
Why say you have stock when you do not!
