We've been working with Shoptimised for over 6 months now and they have been able to deliver great incremental uplift in our non converting products helping to drive more revenue and help us shift some of our slower moving products.

Our regular catch-ups with Linda are useful to check in on performance and see where improvements can be made.

Really positive experience working with Shoptimised so far. The team is readily available with any queries and they continue to produce good results. We have worked with a couple of different account managers, our current one, Sophie, is excellent - great communication and always prompt to follow up after calls with any notes or additional info requests etc.

Terrible company. Cold called offering their services and very poor/non existent results. They kept moving the goal posts on why the result were so poor. Parted company after 5 months.

Promised the earth and delivered nothing expect spending our budget. Steer clear. We moved to another company offering a similar service and it was the best decision we made

Results have been as expected, hitting our ROAS targets consistently. We've found it to be a great way to push product that hasn't been converting through our core campaigns. The dashboard has also been useful for analysing performance. I would highly recommend!

Been with shoptimised for just over 6 months and am very happy so far. They had approached me with the promise that they will get clicks (and hopefully sales) on products that are currently not performing on my current campaigns, and they've delivered exactly what they've promised. They've always achieved the ROAS targets and sometimes beaten it. The Google ads budget I have given them has been well used and not wasted, they've used what's required and not spent the budget for the sake of spending. My company Camille Lingerie has used Shoptimised Google PPC marketing and they have produced great results hitting our target ACOS and increasing sales. I am signing up to their new Infinity service for the PPC from April 2024 which will further improve our sales and return on investment.

Having recently signed up to the Incremental Sales tool via Shoptimised, the onboarding experience has been seamless. Sophie has been faultless and communications have been clear, prompt and thorough. We're already seeing great results, and we're very excited by it's potential.

Very helpful at optimising your google ads, they also help you get a discount on your google ads of 20% so I'd highly recommend partnering with them.

Shoptimised first approached me with the proposition that they can get clicks (and sales) to the products that we can't generate through our own shopping campaigns. They call this incremental sales. Shoptimised manage the feed optimisation and campaigns and take commission based on the revenue they generate. Budgets and ROAS are all agreed upon before the campaigns launch.

Firstly the customer service I've experienced is top-notch and performance is explained with a friendly and helpful contact.

When performance has dipped (often because of issues out of their control like stock) the team took our feedback on board to correct it.

I would recommend Shoptimised to any online shop that does not have the internal skill-set to run google shopping campaigns.

Even to people who are experienced in using shopping campaigns I would recommend Shoptimised if you want a low-risk option to increase sales from products that you're struggling to sell.

They really do feel like an extension of our marketing team.

Worked with them for a year, the results not that great. Easy to find an excuse and get out clause, at the end of the day you didn’t get me decent sales, This results in just cost me money! The only winner here is shoptimised not us. They did core campaign for us as well £600 a month that was terrible results

From the initial demonstration to onboarding us, Will has smashed it out of the park! Will put my mind at rest with every question I had (sorry for so many questions Will!). The system is great, the reporting is fantastic I have no hesitation in recommending them.
