All of the staff at Shoptimised have been helpfull with our onboard. Any questions we have had have been answered. Account managers are really usefull

There is plenty of data available in the dashboard and the monthly calls with Trevor give more insight into how products are performing that month - if I ever need any info or have any questions for Trevor he is always quick to reply & v. helpful.

Zenah and her colleagues are always very friendly, approachable and willing to explain strategy, finding ways to maximise sales

Fantastic company to work with, would thoroughly recommend. The team are great and work hard to optimise our account! They also feed valuable data and insight to help you make informed decisions such as what stock is performing well so they very much feel like an extension to our team!

We already had a company running our Google ad campaigns which were performing well and profitable but we wanted to increase sales volume so added shoptimised to our sportswear retail website .We ended up pausing ads due to poor performance and fortunately they “reluctantly “ let us cancel our subscription as we were just losing too much money .Would not recommend this company

We're already seeing positive results after only a month of being on board with Shoptimised. The proof is in the pudding, and we really appreciate how they endeavour to work with you, they don't make money if you do it and their machine learning when it comes to optimised for your campaigns is really impressive. You couple that with a great support team who communicate well and are incredibly knowledgeable without being intimidating for an independent business and you have a service that really helps build with you.

Its not often you find a honest and reliable PPC company when usually all there interested in is how quick they can spend your budget. Hats off to these guys, they totally understand there clients business's, are very careful how they spend budgets and keep clients up to date with all the results, which to be honest have had a better ROAS than any other agency we have dealt with.

Customer service is 5* especially Jade who which its always a pleasure dealing with and is very knowledgeable in her job.
