I still haven't received my order, and I cannot put in a form for a lost product for until after ten days because of the delivery method, which is absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. I have to wait nearly 2 weeks after my product was ordered to launch any sort of investigation, and then god knows how long these will take to resolve. So I'm probably looking at a good 3/4 weeks till I even get anything for my game that I ordered. Stupid system.
