One of these was provided, immediately via your Shopto account
Unfortunately, due to being temporarily out of stock with our supplier (all codes we provide are supplied via automated external servers, we do not store nor hold codes locally) a 2nd code was not able to be provided immediately, so we can only apologize that, due to an external/supplier issue, you were not able to receive your 2 digital items/codes instantly as would normally be anticipated
As you have placed several orders with us previously, you are aware that, unless an external issue or delay interrupts provision of your digital item, such products are always provided, immediately upon order placement, via your Shopto account

You state that you did not place an order & that you are not a customer, so, we are confused why you have placed a review on this platform, as if you are a genuine customer
ANY order that was accepted on our site, was only processed due to having been authorized by your payment provider/method so it is unfortunate that you have chosen to negatively review ourselves, instead of your payment provider/method that has authorized a payment, in a scenario where you are suggesting that this was not placed by yourself
We have locked/blocked the account that was set up on our site, so as to prevent any furthers orders being placed, on that account
Please review whom/where your information is being/has been shared/provided to third parties, as it is likely that one of those instances where you have provided your Paypal account was where the information was able to be obtained/used to create an order that was passed to our site

If you make changes to the basket, such as changing a postal/delivery method, or if you alter your payment method, the basket will refresh, meaning you will need to re enter any promo or discount code, checking that it remains in the basket when you reach the order overview screen to place your order on site

Couldn’t get a refund as I was told I had looked at a code. I paid twice due to a website glitch which seemed obvious and because I double checked i had to live with it. Customer service rather blunt. Had to start messages to customer service several times and keep putting the same information in as if they couldn’t see what had been written already (I assume, never clarified).

Unfortunately, if you have requested/viewed/seen the code, for a digital item order, iT has been rendered non returnable/non cancellable/non refundable, as we are not able to offer/resell a digital item/code, to another customer that has already been seen by a different customer
Please check in your email inbox and or your Shopto email inbox id you are in any doubt as to whether an order has been placed, as, upon successful order placement we will always, immediately send an email, to confirm order placement
In this instance, although you placed 2 orders, you also requested/viewed the code for each individual order, so, unfortunately neither are able to be cancelled/refunded
Should you place an order erroneously, please do not press the view details button to request/view the code, as, provided the code has not been provided/seen, a member of the team could, in those circumstances cancel/refund one of the orders
