Best price I got from the area, will give him that. Got paid the entire money, did about 85% of the job, didn’t want to come and complete the final bits, nor issue a certificate, no smoke alarms, just f’d me right up. Also non responsive even whilst work was being carried out, and doesn’t pick up the phone and then will randomly turn up and act as if nothing happened. Not a business man or honest tradesman. Same route as review below waiting on reply from small court claim.

Appalling customer services!! Stay away from this company. Would give zero stars if possible. Happy to take money for the electric job on our loft conversion, but Aiden completely ignores calls and emails for 2 weeks now when there’s issues, including a final notice letter we sent via recorded delivery. Council Building Control inspection failed as electrical certificate is missing and smoke alarms are not interlinked, hard wired with battery back up per regulations (to cut corners Shore Electrical Group Limited, based in Southend-on-Sea, installed with batteries only). Small claims court papers to be issued soon, very disappointing and a total waste of our time and money.
