Lovely local find with honest delicious food.

This is a fabulous little place in Barton. I stayed in the rooms as a treat between Christmas and New Year 2024. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was well presented and absolutely gorgeous traditional full breakfast. We were given a sheet to choose what we wanted the night before. The food and service is second to none. Delicious, honest and generous portions pub grub. Down to earth and great venue. We really enjoyed our stay and the place has become a regular choice for evening meals or a drink. Great friendly staff.
