Customer Service done great!
Their customer service has done a complete turnaround from years ago, in the positive. I had orders fulfilled and/or fixed immediately and received items within a week. Even had a failing disc replaced that I'd originally purchased years before from Best Buy, rec'd it within a week, during busy Halloween season. Very impressed. I've tried similar efforts from the major studios and it takes 6-8 weeks.

Great inventory of hard to find or obscure
This company provides blu rays of films I really love but are not all that well known or can be considered cult classics. They provide a service in many of these films can be difficult to find. Sometimes I will scroll through their catalogue to find films I have seen but forgot about them because it had been so long and no one else has released them on blu ray.
