Always a bit apprehensive when buying on-line, but i had no problems. Was really happy i could pay with PayPal. the product was as described and delivery was quick. I would recommend this company. After searching for the best price for this shower head on-line, i found this company to be the cheapest by a good 25%. I would shop from here again, with confidence.

I'm not going to write much. I ordered an item, the package arrived and several parts were missing. I emailed and was assured the correct items would be sent. They arrived and were wrong again. I emailed again, with a link to their own website showing the visual depiction of the item I ordered. A new one was sent, it was wrong yet again. I complained again, resent the link and finally hot the correct item. This company is a joke.

Soap dish on the riser rail broke. Found Showershop on the net & phoned them having sourced a different type of replacement on their brilliant site and discussed.

Ordered , paid for & delivered post free & fitted. Brilliant service, I know where to go next time............................if I need another soapdish...............or anything else.

The website was easy to use with sufficient information to help with my choice and the shower was sent very promptly.

Received an email warning that "the order was now dispatched" around midnight on Friday
Order actually arrived on Saturday morning while we were not in - advanced notice (more than a few hours!) would have been good!
Was then charged for a redelivery (which we refused to pay and was waivered)

product is good - however, the size of the shower opening could have been specified - a fat person will never be able to get in that shower!!

All the equipment fitted my existing steam cubical, I had been struggling to find anything because I was not able to drill new holes in the glass panel. Minutes to fit, now as good as new.

Little unclear as to despatch & delivery timetable.
Phoned to check few days later.
Advised that website deliveries often upto 5-7 days after order confirmation.
Special delivery courier used to ensure someone available to accept delivery.
Was advised that delivery driver would phone day before to arrange a specific time.
Package arrived safe, but there was no phone call ahead of time.
Lucky that some was in to accept order.
Would use again though.

I purchases this replacement shower head bracket after the spring in ours corroded, and meant the bracket wouldn't hold it's position.
The bracket was really easy to fit, so I bought a second as a spare after being very happy with the first. I have since decided to fit the second as well, so we now have two brackets fitted at two levels: one for me; one for my slightly shorter girlfriend. This should mean they will both last a lot longer without the constant, adjusting. Buying a new one wouldn't be a problem though. Many thanks.

Resolved my issues quickly and sent replacement product for a faulty item.
