Excellent service until I had to return an item
I was sent the wrong shower from the one pictured. When I asked to return it they were excellent, they apologised and were most helpful. They sent out a 2nd class returns sticker. On taking it to the post office I was told this wouldn't cover the postage and had to pay £10. When I emailed the Showershop they said the would look into it as it was usually accepatble. I have not heard from them since and am now £10 for recitfying a mistake they made in the first place.

Please make sure for future reference, you don't pay any additional return postage (with any company, not just us) before contacting the company. Royal Mail should have accepted your parcel, but we do have alternative carriers if you had a problem.

nearly OK
I ordered two push-on tap shower sprays in chrome finish and they sent ones with white plastic finish. Not desperately important as they are only for washing the dog , and it was not worth my while sending them back, perhaps they suspected that. So not a perfect experience.

Superb prices with very quick delivery
The Triton part I ordered was half the price advertised on another popular on-line store and was delivered the next day, an excellent service from start to finish.

Good quality products and fast delivery
I ordered some items on from the company's eBay shop and paid using my credit card - got the things in two/three days, all well packaged and in excellent condition. When I needed to make a duplicate order a few days later I found the same items had gone up in price at the eBay shop, but on the company website they were cheaper...... so I ordered direct rather than via the eBay shop. It pays to shop around

I could not locate my required spare item in any of the well known super stores who are all very quick to sell a complete unit but have no backup whatsoever. Showershopuk appear to have an enormous stock of shower units covering most of the well known brands along with all the spares and accessories that you're likely to need. My ordered item arrived very quickly and was priced very competitively.

Saved me money
In a jam over the job needed adjustable feet saw them on e-bay but rang them direct to save time. Placed order which arrived the next day but also received more than ordered and therefore at a cheaper price per item. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
