Plates great, but need to supply better quality stick on strips

I order a standard front licence plate but when my order arrived it was a square number plate

I have on two occasions sent an email asking who to go about sending the plate and getting a refund, I have yet to have a reply to both of my emails

Please can someone tell me how to send back the plate and get a refund

Ordered in time to be despatched the same day, arrived the following morning. On my car after lunch. What more could I ask?

The plates are not that well made. The corners are a bit jagged and not neatly radius'd corners. Looks like it was hastily trimmed after the digits are added. Would I use again? No, probably not.

These plates are for my daughters surprise car... to tidy it up, they certainly will do that. The quality is great, the fittings extensive, easy to order and very fast delivery, clearly a professional company and well organised.
I shall be getting a new set for my car now, these are much better than previous set obtained on-line from some other company.

ShowplateFactory.com delivered my order to the wrong address, I had paid for Special Delivery Guaranteed meaning I was supposed to of gotten it the next day. They're now refusing to reply to my emails and I'm now unable to move my vehicle until I order plates from a different company.

Well what can I say to better this company? The web site is just fantastic to use, one of the best I have ever come across. You can see exactly what you want to get, change it move stuff around, or start again! options are really good too.I have used this site twice now and both times got exactly what I wanted.The end product is high quality and they now do a fixing kit too which is a big plus. Seem to be quality plates and arrived in good time without all the hassle that getting it from my local supplier would have caused. Just wish I'd taken more of the options!
