We can see that the first order we dispatched did have an error (which we thoroughly apologise for) and i've looked through the correspondence after this error and i can see we have apologised on email to you. We also tried to fulfill your request of having another shirt added into the parcel, however, this invoice we sent (17.3.25 D4850) to you wasn't paid so we couldn't send the extra one out.
We are constantly looking for ways to improve our service and after a full review we can see that you were never reimbursed for the postage money you returned the shirt with. We will rectify this today and ensure you are not out of pocket for an error on our part.
If you do decide you would like the additional shirt then we can send free of charge.

Haven’t bothered chasing as felt they were not great quality so have purchased elsewhere - not much to them but the clips were glued wrong way so had to get husband to fix them so they were neat to use. Chalk powder is good though so will probably reorder that when needed

I have just personally looked over your order you made with us and can see you ordered 3 sets of number clips. Our confirmation checks at this end do state that we sent three to you, but we trust that you will be telling us the truth that you didn't receive it so i will make sure you are refunded for this item right away.
As for the comments on quality of the clips, i cannot locate any correspondence from you where you have given us this feedback and given us the chance to make them right for you so i cannot comment on this part other than potentially say if you order hand made products you are not happy with then it sometimes helps just to let us know so we can try and help out.
We are super glad you love our Luminate whitening product - its getting 5 star reviews across the board and is extremely pocket friendly compared to our competitors so we are glad you like this and your other items.

I've just had a look at the purchase you made and i can see you have purchased a false mane piece and some glue.
I have also checked through all of our correspondence and cannot find any emails or messages logged to state that you were unhappy with the hair you purchased.
These manes are standard and im not sure how they can physically be "appalling" in any way as they are all wefted in a meticulous way.
I would hope that rather than leave 1 star reviews on a family businesses website you would at least give us the opportunity to look into the order you made over 2 months ago so we can support you with any issues.
