Amazing customer service and flawless product!! It’s rare these days to be able to call a company number and be greeted by a lovely kind human. The customer service I received was first class. I was greeted with warmth and the query I had was resolved quickly. Shoxitech even reached out to give me an update which was very much appreciated and unexpected. The delivery was sent right away, even though I did not have next day delivery. When it arrived it was well packaged and felt like unboxing a new iPad. I had been skeptical about ordering a refurbished product but would not hesitate to order from Shoxitech again. The iPad was in mint condition and if I did not know otherwise I would think it was brand new! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I had the kindest most sincere company to deal with my problem. They are 1st Class and I would highly recommend them. There are very few companies in life that you meet and that are so sincere. From the onset I was shown nothing but kindness. I’m an old lady please give this company a chance like I did.

Purchased an iPad Pro from them on BackMarket at Grade B - looked brand new and received a free case.

BackMarket however, their customer service and system isn't the best. They don't allow you to change address which caused a nightmare but the seller intervened and managed to sort it for us.

Would definitely buy here again.
