Andy is a really good guy. The work involved repairing and over-spraying the rendering. Corksol was used and has a very pleasing finish.
The work started in late Autumn and turned out to be at a particularly wet and windy time. The poor weather pretty much frustrated Andy’s timetable. Would definitely choose to use Andy again. Glad to have found Shropshire Coatings

The whole experience was great. (Which really makes a change with trades people) from the good communication we knew exactly when Andy was due to arrive. His work was great, we have an old house with no wall insulation, Andy explained to us how we could use Corksol and was able to address all our concerns. We were kept up to date on all the progress every step of the way and the finished result looks great. This is our first room to insulate from the inside and no doubt we will be using Shropshire Coatings in the future for the following rooms.

Could not agree more with the other reviews. We deal with a lot of property through work so have seen all sorts of standards, Andy came highly recommended by the builder we'd used so our expectations were also high. Well, he met those and exceeded them, could not get over his level of skill, work ethic, ability to clear up after himself (unheard of with previous tradesmen let alone plasterers) and, last but not least, the breadth of his knowledge about 'damp' issues in property. I thought I was well informed but then I met Andy! He's been twice now and will be back at least one more time to sort out things that were not done right first time by previous contractors.

Another brilliant plastering job, this time on a bedroom. Andy also sprayed the one outside wall with CorSol to help with insulation as the house is single brick.
Andy is a true professional, reliable,friendly,knowledgeable and always clears up any mess.
I would highly recommend him.

Andy is a brilliant plasterer and his new skills in applying specialist insulation coatings are an excellent addition to what he can bring to a job.

We have an 1840s/50s property and needed a room replastered, particularly the external walls requiring heritage lime plaster for breathability. Andy was able to do this and in addition applied Corksol insulation beneath the plaster, giving a layer of insulation to help keep the room at the temperatures we want it! Andy is a consummate professional, easy to work with, reliable, dependable, neat and tidy. Spot on!

Just had our front room walls done using Corksol. Andy did a fab job. The final plastering looks great on top of the cork insulation. Andy covered everything up and tidied thoroughly, ensuring the whole process was relatively mess free.
Have already booked Shropshire Coatings for our other front room. Highly recommended.
