Same withdraw without permission. CBA bank on card never used.

Found an $8.43 service charge from them without ever having signed up. It seems like they're sponging off CBA accounts at the moment. Kinda gross move if I'm honest.

CBA unauthorised shudder $8.43, same as the other reviews. Stealing money by the looks of it.

Never heard of this company before, but discovered money had been deposited *into* my account this morning, 24 August. I checked my statement and they'd taken money out on 2 August. I'm on hold to CBA to block them, if possible. I'd really like to know how and where they got my card information and why they were able to complete transactions without my consent.

It seems they’ve moved on from CBA to Bendigo Bank now, I’ve just had to cancel my card and get a reissue because of unauthorised shudder charges when I’ve never heard of shudder in my life. Luckily the bank caught it before the transaction could go through but this company is nothing more than a scam.

Fraudulent company - never used this service and both mine and another family member had unauthorised transactions on our NAB accounts linked to cards we BARELY use. Totally dodgy. They started with CBA accounts and have no moved on to NAB - beware!

Never heard of this company but got notifications on the CBA (Commonwealth Bank) App about a charge. I've just been charged AUD $8.43. The App shows as "pending" but the website it does not show anything.

I'm not sure if the transaction will go through. Tried calling CBA but have to wait 1hr!!! and have been told that they cannot do anything about it until the transaction has gone through???

Fraud have never heard of shudder yet my credit card which I never use online was charged $8.84 so have rung bank card has been cancelled, have contacted shudder no reply,, do not deal with these idiot scamer

Two charges on my account just then! With cba and have a card I never use on a daily basis. Have to wait until morning to call the bank now.such a hassle. Never heard of this site and seems like only cba is affected. Reconsidering banking with cba.

Yeah, same here. Just found unauthorised charge of $8.13 too. Had no idea of the company and certainly did not subscribe. Fraudulent and on long wait call to Commbank, cancelling card. I wonder if all our Commbank accounts were compromised last month when all the banks were hit?

Withdraw from CBA account without consent, totally illegal.

First took $8 out of my CBA account, thn $299.99 charges via google play 3 times. Fraudulent charges. These are scammers.

What sort of security does this company have for processing credit cards if a huge number of bank clients in another country are suddenly charged for its services despite never previously being aware of the company's existence? Some of the credit cards caught up in this have never been used before so no one but the bank and client have the number.

Fix the security for processing payments - you obviously have a loophole which doesn't stop failed attempts to use the same card number. You're putting people at risk and now I'm stuck on hold waiting to my bank to get this sorted seeing as you've just confirmed to some anonymous third party my credit card details for them to use.

Also had notifications that money had been taken out, but not reflecting in my account. Called CBA and they said they're declining everyone's to be safe so that's why it doesn't show. Had to cancel my card and get a new one. It will be someone or some people using shudder to see if the cards work before moving on to other things they can use it on

Cancelled my subscription in Feb 2021 but continued to be charged every month. They purposefully don't send you email confirmation of your cancellation despite their website clearly showing you have no access to the service. Customer service representatives are unhelpful liars. Furthermore, the selection of content is abyssmal. Never give your card details to this company.

SCAM!!! I was charged $5.99 and I have never used or heard of this company.

Who are these cheeky so n so's. They just took $8.17 out of my account. Never heard of them. How do they do this.
It seems it's those that hold CBA accounts, no other banks. Very odd.
