Shuniya by Theresa is one of the best healing treatments I received. Not only does she work on your body and stored emotions you might be physically holding on to, but also works on your mental state, by just simply telling you that its okay to feel everything that comes up.
Beautiful healing of ones inner child. Theresa just spreads her warmth and kindness everywhere she moves.
I love that she has a broad knowledge of different healing approaches like Totum techniques, kundalini yoga, and functional medicine, and combines them all together, depending on what you currently need, while also just healing intuitively.
You can really feel the healing energy even when she is probably not trying to send anything - she just spreads it naturally all around her.
Especially recommend if you need warm, feminine, or parental energy - which most of our inner child does <3
