The company is great! The magnets I received were adorable! Unfortunately, I ordered them at the beginning of December and just now received them this week (The 2nd week in January). Shutterfly was not at fault. They sent the order 3 times, UPS failed to deliver it the first 2 times.

Nice prints and exceptional customer service.

The travel mug 17 oz I do not recommend at all. Only used once the bottom feel off. Got a replacement and did the same thing.

Shutterfly provides such high quality cards and provides terrific customer service. Our cards were delayed by the shipper so Shutterfly sent a whole new set at no charge to us to make sure we got the cards. Will happily use them again, year after year.

Shutterfly has incredible products & their customer service is top notch as well! Great company!

I absolutely love the photo on the placemat that I ordered! It came out very lovely and I may be ordering more of the same since they are so awesome! Shipping was a bit slow most likely due to the holidays but it arrived in good time and I am enjoying it!

I would love to be able to see a draft copy of the wall calendar I make every year before I order 22 copies. This year there were some typos I didn't catch when I reviewed the final version online. I had to send the calendars out with the typos, which was frankly an embarrassment.

i have made many many Shutterfly books and i was very pleased with the 2025 book that was delivered very quickly! And just to let you know that i am now making another book, but this time i had difficulty setting text size and also finding access to some things on the site. These issues had never showed up before. i called Shutterfly support and my advisors walked me through how to address these very quickly. it is nice to know that you are available to deliver products quickly and also to help when needed!

I had excellent customer service and they were very supportive offering me a reprint. Agent was very helpful and professional. Thank you to him and to Shutterfly for their generous offer.

It was our first time using Shutterfly to make pictures, since Costco stopped doing them. It was quite difficult to use the tools. After we chose the photos, crop them, and put them in to the layout, it cut the heads off of the people. So, we redid it. We went to do our other photos and had a question. We called Shutterfly and appreciated the customer service gal, our one highlight! When we went back to our cart, nothing was there. Do it two more times to get it right. We were able to do last photos a little bit quicker because we didn't have to do cropping. We finally finished 4 hours later! It was not a good experience and we hope the next one will be.

The order never arrived. Please stop shipping via Mail Innovations. My 8 by 10 print made it to springfield MA, about 20 minutes from my home. Then it got lost.
I called Shuttefly and they said they would send a replacement at no cost to me. I am still awaiting that order and that one is stalled in Springfield again by Mail Innovations. I cannot believe this is happening again. Please use a better shipping service or I will have to stop doing business with Shutterfly.

We love the quality of these canvas prints. We also got a great discount. They're still pricing BUT so worth it. Especially because I made a mistake with the 16x20 and got the wrong photo printed. I reached out to customer support, expecting them to say it's my fault so I have to pay for it, no, they gave me a brand new one for free!! :) I just had to pay tax and shipping, which was way worth it.

Always impressed with Shutterfly service. Never had any issues with customer service, alway extremely helpful which is very important to me. Been ordering from Shutterfly for many years, and their customer service has always been excellent. The projects I've made have been exceptional, I'm always impressed how the items look when they arrive, cards, mugs, posters, albums, been happy with all orders.

I had to call customer support for my initial order because it got lost somewhere in the mail. However, the person I chatted with was very helpful and was able to process a new order quickly and it was delivered quickly, too.

My observation with shipping is that you never know where your product is - USPS, UPS? It get randomly transferred and sits somewhere for several days before it gets touched - how can we better communication shipping with the customer?

My product arrived and it looks great, as always. Shutterfly does a great job - and their customer support is amazing, too.

I created my calendar as I do every year. It said it shipped. Then it got stuck one state over for days. Finally messaged Shutterfly and they instantly offered a reprint, faster shipping, and tracking for no extra cost. It came quick! I was bummed the first one got lost but LOVED the customer service so much. Hence the 5 stars.

I have used Shutterfly to create over 40 projects, primarily photobooks and wall calendars. I am very disappointed that their selection of "included/free" embellishments, backgrounds, etc. has dwindled more and more each year. Oh yes, FOR THE MOST PART, they are still available, but for an additional charge. This is especially evident by making yearly calendars. Embellishments included last year were not free this year. While I love the quality of Shutterfly's final products, I am becoming very discouraged with what they offer as included items to help create my memories.

I have used Shutterfly for many projects from making books to yearly calendars. I love how easy it is to personalize and embellish. It is a great way to put my photos into print in a fun and easy way.
