First time using this company, and they were excellent. The vehicle was clean and modern and drivers were polite and courteous. Pick up was on time and efficient. The only minor complaint is that the driver wasn’t waiting for us in arrivals, we had to go to the desk and check in to be allocated a driver but would definitely use this company again.

Used this company for the first time and have to say the service was exceptional - bang on time at the airport in Palma and also right on time to collect us from our hotel. Lovely minibuses with aircon and very friendly and helpful drivers. Highly recommended.

A great private transfer from Mahon airport. Easy to find the desk, had a lovely friendly driver and a nice air conditioned mini bus. It was also very reasonably priced. Overall a wonderful transfer. Thank you.

Bus didn’t stop to pick us up, the email confirmation did say to wait 15 minutes before telephoning them. No telephone number on the email. When the bus turned up 20 mins late it drove straight past us, driver didn’t even look.
Provided feedback to the company seeking reimbursement of taxi only to be told their policy is 30 minutes.
They sent a GPS photo of the bus at our pick up point 29 mins after scheduled pick up time which proves bus was late or it was another bus but coincidently their refund policy is 30 mins
Shambolic and will never book with these again

Great experience with Shuttle Spain Transfers at Mahon Airport.
We booked private transfers, very easy to find the desk at Mahon, staff very helpful.
Really nice air conditioned vehicles and great drivers.
Very reasonably priced and will definitely use them again.

Despite entering the flight number and a telephone number, nobody was at the meetingpoint mentioned in the invoice. The number that is supposedly available 24/7 is not answered despite over 10 attempts to call. Also the official hotline did not pick up. Nobody tried to reach us either.

Unfortunately, we had to take a taxi, which was even cheaper than the invoice. The support doesn't help to resolve their mistake and claims that the driver was at the airport, although we waited there for 15 minutes, called several times and walked the whole airport. Overall a very bad experience and a bad start to our holiday.

Brilliant experience with Shuttle Spain Transfers. I booked a private transfer from Menorca airport and it was super efficient. Clear instructions on how to find the desk in the airport on arrival in Menorca. We were taken to our transfer straight away and dropped at the vllla reception office. I was a little bit nervous about our return journey as this was direct from our villa, and initially the wrong address was put on our booking form, but I needn’t have worried as the transfer arrived early and we had a smooth return journey to the airport. I would highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again 🙂

Firstly, very reasonably priced - cheaper than other similar service providers. From the pick up at Malaga Airport on our arrival, to the transfer from the hotel back to the airport, everthing went as planned. Time to spare on the way to the airport for our homeward flight so the driver asked if we would like to go the scenic route to the airport. We did and got a lovely tour of the coast of Torremolinos on our way. We would highly recommend Shuttle Spain Airport Transfers. Excellent service and very professional drivers.
