Loved my shoes that arrived today. I was a bit worried as these were my wedding shoes and I don't like to buy online without seeing them but these shoes were amazing. Exactly what I was looking for. Fit perfectly and delivery came within a couple of days

Delivery was the problem
Shoes are fantastic and response from ShuWish on phone and by email very efficient however their carrier DPD, very poor.
Difficult and slow to contact by email never answer phone just leave you on hold. Had I not had cctv feel they wouldn't have entertained my complaint.
Tracking parcel was accurate so as we would be collecting my granddaughter from nursery when it arrived I added a safe place for delivery. The parcel was delivered to that safe place at the wrong address. The delivery confirmation said it was at my address in my safe place the porch which we or the address the parcelled was delivered to don't have.
Response from ShuWish was quick and curious but they may need to consider a different courrier service

Ordered some shoes for my wedding on Monday evening after 8pm. They were shipped the next day (FREE) and were delivered Thursday! They are beautiful, great quality and value for money and I would recommend and use them again!

After the easy checkout, my shoes and bag arrived very quick. Colour was exactly the same as online pictures (unlike a lot of other companies I've ordered from recently) quality is great and returns was simple too (I got 2 sizes as my feet are in between sizes)

On site ordering intuitive and simple. Communication post purchase excellent. Receipt time exceptional (24 hours). Packaging above standard expected. The quality of the product is as you would expect for a £22 pair of shoes.
Only reason 4 stars is that I ordered black heels and got navy blue. Liked them so didn't complain or return.
