I have given a four as items were …

I have given a four as items were lovely but have to return them. Unfortunately sandals too small and bag slightly scratched, only returning due to cost of item. I will review again once I have experienced return process.

Excellent experience

Unfortunately the shoes I ordered were too narrow for my feet, so I had to return them. However I can't recommend Shuwish enough in terms of the communication around the returns procedure and ease of the process, which was free.

Ordered an item with next day delivery …

Ordered an item with next day delivery and 3 days after I still don't have it. I have tried to contact someone, either the company or the courier service, but no one answers the phone and by email I still didn't get any answer.
Why have I paid for next day delivery?!

Unfortunately I have had to return the shoes as they were a darker colour than I had anticipated (and needed for my wedding to match dress!) however the quality and design could not be faulted and I would definitely order from yourselves again.

Fab service.

I would recommend buying from this company. Great service. Unfortunately the shoes I bought didn't fit due to a wonky toes. Returning the shoes and getting a refund was no problem. Pity about the shoes because they were beautiful. I'd recommend using this company.
