Buying a Phuket Pool Villa (off-plan)

I was looking to buy a Pool Villa (off-plan) in Phuket, West Coast. I am currently living outside Thailand, 7 hours away (by flight). Federico, Cesare and Amy were extremely helpful. I was so lucky to find them. They prepared my look & see trip to Phuket by lining-up various show villas and sites from leading Phuket developers so that after 16 hours (2 days) of viewings I could take a decision. Cesar and Amy picked me up from the Phuket hotel, drove me around for 2 days to the scheduled meetings and helped tremendously to gain a lot of market insights. This is what I call best-in-class customer orientation in real estate, and I am continuing to count on them during the upcoming construction period (18 months).
