this company seem to be run by a one man band. the guy that retrieves phone calls for technical help is in entirely the wrong job he is no use whatsoever and resorts to telling youto go line or get a plumber. How they let this guy be described as technical i do not know. One question i asked was answered by .....i am not allowed to tell you. I, m going to cut my losses and buy from another manufacturer. If you own this company just listen to the guy if your calls are genuinely recorded. I have had 3 conversations. Others have described problems with the items. I limit mine to the totally wrong person being in the job.If you employ this guy, you better take note, give him a different job

Every toilet ive fitted as a plumbing heating engineer which comes with this manufacturers flushing system, i always have issues with the siamp inlets failing to shut water off. Cheap tackle

i rang siamp on friday 5 july never answer the phone left voice mail still waiting for call back waste of space what bad company flash down toilet

Siamp UK must be one of the worst online retailers I have had the misfortune to deal with. Rude unapologetic staff who write one word replies to email enquiries. They do not take responsibility for any issues that are theirs to deal with. The website does not update to reflect order status. Nor will you get any sort of tracking details provided to you even after paying their rather pricey delivery fees. If you are considering using their online store, Stop and go to someone reputable. Save yourself the headache of dealing with this group.

Bought a downstairs loo with Siamp UK concealed cistern for back to the wall pan
Plumber fitted it, on testing the inlet valve the water wouldn’t shut off
Plumber ran of time on the day, and job unfinished, not his fault.
I phoned Siamp this morning for advice and help.
Didn’t get any, I was immediately told it was damaged in transit and knocked, they’ll only replace the part, send pictures or videos… that would be of the water flowing and not stopping, as it’s a concealed unit, already assembled in the factory and cannot access the inside!
It was brand new and comes with a warranty, clearly not worth the paper it’s written on
I wanted a little help and advice in case it is a common issue and something easily fixed
I have bathrooms to replace I won’t be using Siamp products.
Customer Service and after sales advice is none existent in Siamp UK in Stockport, just blame apportioned elsewhere
