Can't praise this company enough. Well stocked, great communication and very painless process.
The item arrived before the expected delivery date, very very well packaged. The quality was manufacturers original and at the lowest price available.

Sadly this company let me down with a order, if i hadn't contacted them a week after it was supposedly shipped confirmed by a email i wouldn't have known the item was never in stock and was probably being drop shipped from China sadly i will have lost my client and the future trade with them due to this companies incompetence

Ordered a part for my phone on the 17th May. No parts, no contact. It is now 4th August.

Just about to ask paypal for a refund, I have my doubts as to whether this is a genuine trader or more likely a scam.

I was looking for a screen for my s10plus and the most competitive price was given to me by siansmobile, even with next day delivery, complete LCD and 100% legit, very good customer service (especiallly Jonathan,thank you) at first I doubt a bit on whether to buy on this page or not, but if I need any more parts I will buy again! thanks

Always genuine parts - goes above and beyond to get anything you need as soon as possible. Always delivered next day and responds to any queries almost instantly at any time of day/night. Can't recommend enough!

Don't believe the positive reviews, these guys are scammers. But hey, don't just take my word for it, look for yourself. They are selling face masks to protect from Covid. They have several different designs, but all are described as N95. We bought 2x N95 for £20 plus postage when they were hard to get hold of. After months of nothing turning up and selling being evasive, what turned up was 3 flimsy cloth masks that are advertised on their site at £2.99 also described as N95. Seller seems to think this nonsense would placate us. We've pretty much written this off, but don't want others being wantonly had over!

I don't know how to describe Siansmobile service, and that because i have no words to describe their service. I was coming across with different mobile parts sellers and found Siansmobile is far the best. Would have been 5 stars but apparently there was a problem with their supplier which caused a day or two delay in dispatch. I would have liked to have been advised of this. Prompt communication after I queried why the item hadn't been dispatched so overall very happy.

I would buy again from here.

Buy it forget it, That how they deal. Do not buy anything from them you will not get your order and you have to open a case. Avoid them.

I was really not happy, but it is not the fault of the seller. The mail was very slow. Now I am happy and my phone is working well. He responded to all my emails even though I was not always nice to him. But I finally got the part and am sorry for the way I behaved, but I hope the post-office will get better soon
