Hidden Charges
Ended up having to pay UPS a fee to be able to pay for the tax on products bought as their website did not do it. 12 pounds in administrative costs to UPS. No way to avoid this cost when you order through their website, so even if you have spent enough to get free delivery, you don't actually get free delivery as you have to pay the delivery company an administrative cost before they will deliver your item. I mentioned to them that the issue was taxes and that I paid through their website, yet it was still called my 'payment error'. They should let you know pre purchase that Ups will charge you an extra charge to receive your goods, if they are claiming delivery is free.

We are sorry that the information did not get across properly. Due to the Brexit situation, shipping to the UK has changed. For orders over £135 (about € 155,-) you will have to pay the UK VAT (20%) and any additional costs like duties, handling fees etc. upon delivery. More information can be found on our website.
