I ordered a 3080 GPU at the end of December. The company has been silent for 5 months when they informed me that the GPU was not going t to be available at the price we agreed. Now after more than two months from their note I am still waiting for a refund which I have already solicitated but to no avail...

Bought a set of memory modules. One of the sticks didn't work correctly. SiComputers didn't want to repair it, because the original sticker wasn't there anymore. Needed to contact a lawyer, before they took any proper action.

Looking for a Philips 439P9H monitor. Hard to get. Other suppliers had 200 in backorder. Deliveries expected in April.
Called SiComputers as their website stated that they had 6 at their suppliers warehouse and should be able to deliver in 3-5 days. They looked it up for me and the next morning I had the monitor delivered at my doorstep.

Ordered some components for a new build here. I was quite an annoying customer in the aftersales as I had some issues with the build, but customer service stayed friendly. Would definitely order here again

I ordered a motherboard from SiComputers that was listed as "In Stock at Supplier, 2 to 3 days shipping" because they had it at a better price than another shop.

Two days later, I was told that the item was "End of Life", which made no sense given that it was listed as being in-stock & that the manufacturer definitely still sells this exact model.

Given that they say it can take 14 days to get a refund, I'm not happy about this experience.

Good customer service and communication.
Decent selection and pricing.
Slightly delayed on returns due to supplier and timing.
I do recommend Si Computers.

On the website it said 24h shipping on my order. The reality: 2 days........

The company DO NOT RETURN MONEY. I ordered Edifier speakers from them at the beginning of February. But instead of promised 2-3 working days, the purchase was not sent to me even after a week. So I cancelled the order and asked the company to return me my money. Now, four weeks after cancellation, and despite two my reminder calls, and two(!) their 'promises' to make the transfer, nothing happens, not even an email with any explanations.

My experience with SiComputers has been nothing less than excellent. My order was a rather big one, since i was building a desktop computer from scratch and needed all of the parts. After comparing all the prices in Tweekers, the vast majority of the parts i wanted had the best price in SiComputers, so taking also into account the great score the site had, i decided to place a full order (minus the Tower, since it had an expected delivery time of 5-10days) there.

Judging from the fact it is a fairly new company, at the beginning i was a bit hesitant, but all of my doubts were completely abolished very soon.

Communication was extremely rapid (i had some questions on a Sunday afternoon, but still the response was within 5 minutes), and i was constantly informed about the status of my order in general via e-mail, as well as for every part in particular via the very user-friendly and informative website.

All of the products were exactly as expected and the delivery times were perfectly kept. The indication for all the parts was 1-5 days, and i received everything in the 3rd day of my order!

Shipping was in par with the rest of the quality of SiComputerrs - and by now i didn't expect anything less. The parts were delivered in my house the day after shipping, in a box with more than enough protective material inside, to make sure that no damage would be inflicted due to handling.

I received a call the day of the shipping from SiComputers to verify my postal code, since there has been a glitch in the TNT website at the time - again showing the extreme professionalism with which they deal with their customers.

The shipping included a Track & Trace system and the total shipping cost was 5,95 for the whole package of 7 items, making their competitors look very bad.

My only regret is that i haven't ordered the tower from SiComputers as well, since now i have to wait.

All in all a top company, with extreme professionalism, great prices and rapid delivery - i mean what else can you ask for.

You will most definitely see me again.
