I was waiting for the delivery for almost a month. When it finally came, instead of Stray Kids advent calendar my child was very much waiting for, I received Crystal cats. Emailed to customer support for the refund but they just apologised and stopped responding to my other emails. Very bad experience. Don’t recommend this site.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I 100% would not recommend buying from this company. I ordered an advent calendar for my daughter and they sent a product that was completely different to what they advertised. Now they won't resolve the issue and send me the item that I actually ordered. If they had resolved the issue when I first complained 2 weeks ago then this would have been fixed by now. **STAY CLEAR** YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU THINK YOUR BUYING 😔

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a fraud. I ordered what should have been one crocheted doll per the description and received a DIY kit. Also, shipment was really late and I emailed customer support several times and never received a response. I REPEAT, COMPANY IS A FRAUD.

DO NOT order from this company!! Ordered Snoop dog crocheted figure.
No where in the description does it reference you make it yourself. It clearly states ‘craftsmanship’ and that the figure IS crocheted. Deceitful!!

They advertise cute crochet snoop dog emotional support dolls - THEY ARE KITS. You have to make them yourself. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I bought a product from your company, but it was never delivered. I contacted you, but my emails were not answered, and there is absolutely no way to get in touch with you. Do not buy from this company.
