Fast shipping safe packaging great communication

I bought a collectable from China but it got lost in transit.
Thankfully Sideshow had it in stock and came to the rescue.
While it was a little more expensive, sideshow's communication was excellent, and delivery from the U.S to the U.K was extremely fast and hassle free.
I'd definitely buy from them again.

I have been ordering from Sideshow for years and they have never disappointed. The hardest thing is waiting for something preordered. You could think that my having been around for almost 3/4 of a century that I would have learned more patience - but, no. At least not with my Sideshow. In my opinion, Sideshow is the best for collectibles.

As always, Sideshow does a great job with the variety of figures. I’ve purchased for years and am still satisfied. I know I have requested double boxed items, but have yet to get an item double boxed is my only complaint.

Grogu has safely arrived at my house! He’s so cute!

I’ve always wanted the Sideshow Grogu because his face looks the most like the character, but I’d been holding off on ordering it because I thought it would end up being quite expensive once shipping was included.

However, there was a 30% discount on Grogu exclusively on July 8, so I finally decided to go for it.

Also, since I’m not very good at English and it had been a while since I’d ordered something from overseas, I was worried about whether I’d placed the order correctly and if it would arrive safely.

But both the shipping and delivery were so fast—it was fantastic—that I didn’t need to worry at all.

I plan to buy the Grogu accessory set too!

My only dislike over the almost ten years of purchasing Hot Toys has been the packaging. If I buy a figure that's worth 200 to 600 dollars I don't understand why it would not be package properly.and to think that I have to pay extra for this is crazy. My value of the toy instantly goes down when the box has a crease or crushed. Me as a consumer who has shipped numerous toys to relatives and friends, have also done a better job of securing a package at this point I choose to buy from overseas, where guess what the packaging is pristine and secure. Either you shipping warehouse is horrible or whoever is making the deals for shipping costs with UPS has no clue, with the amount of things you all ship. Or at this point just use Amazon.

Had a few issues when ordering certain figures,delays ect..
But actually ive waited up to 5 for an Ibstock figure,but i order another Apextime Case on a Thursday & it arrived in the UK early morning on the Monday.I think the service is great if your not waiting for a pre-order,but i suppose thats out of Sideshow's hand's 👍 from me.

The product was fully protected and nothing was damaged.

I sometimes get nervous making big purchases online but the way sideshow has flexible payment methods and plans so the worry drifts away. Also I found the help that I got from their team to fully understand the delivery VERY useful and quite helpful! Great work with the delivery- arrived when it said it would and made sure it got to me. Thank you!

The outer box arrived in perfect condition, but unfortunately the item inside was damaged. Customer support responded quickly and kindly, and I was relieved that I didn’t need to return the damaged item overseas. Thank you for the excellent service!

Having a way to pay for your figures in monthly installments really helps. Kudos for sideshow to do that.

Well... I have 23 orders open.... Your THE Hot toys distributer in NA so I like you guys. It's a shallow relationship on both sides. I want what you got and you want money. Maybe you guys started for based on a love of collectibles... That would make you more honest than me. I would take your products free if you sent them. The help and guidance provided by Autumn was everything I needed it to be, to achieve the proper outcome of replacing my item. Sarah also assisted, at one point, and her help, too, was immensely supportive.

Sideshow has provided me with authentic and pristine pieces for my collection. The process is easy, and offers rewards applicable from other purchases. I only wish the codes were available sooner and lasted longer. In addition, the waitlist for sold out items should declare when an item WILL NOT AGAIN be available.

Fast delivery, great communication, and exceptional handling of the order! I will be definitely be ordering from them again, especially when it comes to scale figures.

Setting up a preorder was easy. A great deal of updates and information was coming in to keep me informed of release. Shipping and tracking was superb.
