Came out to fit the blinds as ive checked them after the installer had gone. 4 of the blinds were bending as they were to long so I couldn't close them and I had guests stopping over for Christmas. So I had to take them down and shorten them myself.
I rang the company and explained the issue and she said that they couldn't get anyone out until the 3rd of January then a few days later some woman rang demanding the outstanding balance so I said someone needs to come out and have a look. So im giving this a one star

Please accept my sincere apologies regarding the review that I posted. My post should have been addressed to Siesta Blinds Lowestoft (Suffolk) and NOT to: Siesta House, Whinfield Drive, Aycliffe Business Park, Co.Durham. DL5 6AU, who I have never contacted.

Drove 184 miles round trip for an appointment today with Siesta Blinds which they failed to attend. Apparently the person we were supposed to meet had a hospital appointment but no one let us know. First of all we were told that there was no appointment made for us (not true it was made at the showroom when we chose the blinds) and then that they had tried to call us (but there were no missed calls or messages left). So we have wasted a day traveling, waited for 90 minutes for the salesperson/ measurer upper to turn up on top of the time spent previously choosing blinds ( for the whole of a 4 bedroom house!) at their showroom. Absolutely astonished to be treated in this way! Obviously they don’t need our custom so we will be looking elsewhere.

Blinds ordered & fitted within two weeks. Excellent value for money & the blinds look great. It took 30mins to fit 3 windows with vertical blinds, brightens the rooms beautifully. Very happy, thank you.

Siesta Blinds offers great service with friendly and efficient staff, particularly Paul, who is a pleasure to work with. The quality of their blinds is excellent, and they come at a reasonable price. They provide a straightforward experience from measurement to fitting and offer helpful aftercare. While there was a delay with one order, overall, they deliver a fantastic product that enhances any home. 4 stars!

After coming across Siesta Blinds by accident (they were the closest when we did the Google search), we have now used them to replace just about every blind in the house.

Service is friendly, efficient, clear and straightforward. We have also found the quality of the blinds to be nothing short of excellent. Every time.

There is also a great aftercare service if any niggles develop. I can't recommend enough.

This is a superb local company and I would not dream of going anywhere else for blinds. Great service and a fantastic product at a reasonable price. Poor customer care and service. From start to finish.

Just had a blind fitted absolutely great service. Paul came last week to measure up, came back this morning fitted it ,all within 20 mins. Then he took away all his rubbish. Also very reasonable price .

Would definitely recommend Siesta Blinds , had them fitted today and I am very pleased with them . Quality and service is remarkable .

The fitter was brilliant, really nice person who helped with ideas on what blinds would work in our house. However, the delays on blinds was shocking - I kept getting told 2 weeks, we ended up waiting for 3 months and the office didn't communicate effectively at all. The quality of the blinds are good, but the cords aren't. The office clearly don't talk to the fitters either about what the client needs. Communication from the office staff is very poor...until they want an invoice paid.

My bedroom has a northwest-facing glass door (don't ask!), which means I never get sun shining directly into the room. It's a new door, and the old Perfect Fit blind would no longer fit, so I needed a replacement blind that would give me privacy but also let in some light during the day. I was delighted when Paul was able to fit a bottom-up blackout roller blind. It works very smoothly -- with a locking mechanism that holds the blind in place, otherwise gravity would make it drop down -- looks smarter than my old blind and came at a much better price.
Paul also measured up other windows for me last year and fitted five venetian blinds.
Both then and this time I was more than happy with the friendly and helpful service provided by the whole team at Siesta Blinds. Also, it's good to know that my blinds were made on site locally, at Newton Aycliffe, and that Paul has been with the company for many years.
I'm happy to recommend Siesta without reservation!

So many companies are given poor reviews so it is a pleasure to say what a fabulous company this is. They were very helpful in assisting me to select the bilnds. The price was very competitive and included installation and the installation itself was carried out quickly an efficiently.I would truly recommend them to anybody.

Very helpful advice from the 2 guys in choosing my blinds …took 2 weeks from ordering to fitting …new blinds look really nice , can’t believe how much difference they have made to the room
