The tour is just marvalous. Very professional and experienced tour guide. Pick up from the hotel and drop off at the convenient locations usually near subway, easy to go back to the hotel. Comfor... See more

Tours fine, getting online voucher approved a PIA(pain in ass)
I bought our tix online (Evans & Evanz) Voucher wouldn't download on Mac or PC. They sent me a letter and told me to go to certain stop at Woburn, after 2 mile walk, tour reps passed it around scratching their heads. Anyway, since I'm writing on an iPad, don't have time to sketch out entire episode. 2 hours later found main office and got actual tix. Note to self, never order daytour online again. Other then that tour buses fine, though a little slow getting thru day. Would hate to do this during heavy tourist season. Good luck at the Olympics!

Lack of communication and wrong pick-up point
I phoned in to the office to confirm my pickup point and time the day before my scheduled tour (as instructed), and was told to be at Trafalgar Square at 12:15pm. Due to severe traffic delays, I was going to arrive very close to the departure time, therefore a rang the office to bring this to their attention and to find out if they would be willing to wait a minute or two as I was only 5 minutes away. I was essentially told that no accommodation could be made and that I had 5 minutes to make it to the pick up point. After arriving at the designated point on time, I phoned the office only to be told that my collection point had been changed without my knowledge. When asked why I was not called and told of the change, I was told that they do not have my phone number however they left a message with the 'Original Tour Company' at whose offices the bus was to collect me. I was instructed to make my way to the next pickup point as quickly as possible and they will have the bus wait for me there. After rushing to the next point, we (myself and the other individuals waiting at the hotel) waited 45 minutes for the bus to arrive, and the only reason we knew why the bus was delayed was due to my previous communication with the office. No effort was made by the tour company to call the hotel and have the concierge advise those waiting outside in the rain of the delay. I found this tour to be poorly organised, and the lack of communication appalling. The company had my phone number from my initial booking (as I could not process the payment without entering a phone number) and from the day before when a member of their team had to call me back at home. The lack of effort in communicating to other tourists also showed the poor level of customer service. I definitely would not recommend this tour to any of my friends.
see it all!!!!
Great tour alot of info from tour guide, saw all the major sites. Only problem was told pickup at my hotel was no longer done so walked a couple blocks to get picked up, only to have bus drive to our hotel for a pickup!
Fantastic and well worth it!
Phil was an excellent tour guide it was clear he had a passion for what he does. Absolutely excellent and I hope him the best.
A good introduction to Paris
Taxi pickup from hotel was excellent. Eurostar train ride to Paris was excellent. We then had a bus tour which was good, but I would have liked to stop and get off the bus at a couple of stops, in particular the Arc de Triomphe and the Opera house. We got off the bus at the Eiffel tower and went on the the River Tour of the Seine. The River Tour was excellent. We then went to the Eiffel Tower, but the queues were too long to go up, so we didn't. This was very disappointing but probably the right decision. We then went to have lunch at a cafe that was reasonably good although very crowded. We then waited around a giftshop next to the cafe for far too long, nearly an hour. We then continued on the bus tour to the Louvre. Where we had a tour for about an hour. We then went on to Notre Dame and had an hour there. We were then picked up and taken to Galeries Lafayette where we spent an hour which was OK. We then were taken back to the station over an hour and a half before ourtrain departed. This was extremely disappointing. We were unable to take the earlier train because our tickets were non refundable. We had an excellent journey home on the Eurostar. Overall comments are that we found the tour guide difficult to understand, and that we spent way too much time at shops and waiting at the train station instead of sightseeing.
A service that i would use again.
I give this service a 9 out of ten as they do a great service tourists.

The only thing we don't understand is why we felt obliged to tip when the driver was basically doing his job - namely to get us to our destination safely and back. Don't they get paid a decent wage?

Administration well handled, tour, wet and cold!
Administration was well organized and the employees onsight were very helpful and quite nice. The tour itself could have been better had we been able to sit inside the bus. the children were wet and cold. For a group our size, 27, our reservation should have been a priority. Maybe next time.
Too much in one day
Windsor, Stonehenge, and Bath are too much to do in one day. They are too far apart. You end up spending half the day on the bus, and then are fully rushed at each site. Do only two things in a day, and then people will have time to grab a leisurely lunch, and maybe enjoy parts of Bath outside the actual baths. Also, our tourguide talked talked talked the whole time. Silence at times is OK - we don't mind.

Cheaper than booking through the tour company itself
Booked an Evan Evans tour for Leeds/Canterbury through the SightseeingToursLondon website and the price was £5 cheaper per person than it would have been through Evan Evans own website.
Followed instructions on my email comfirmation, called Evan Evans using the number provided on the email to confirm my booking had gone through and to confirm pickup point, showed up on the day with my email printout and got on the bus with my family to enjoy the tour.
Very happy with the £15 saving I made by booking through SightseeingToursLondon.
Pleasant day with many historical sights
As advised the trip ended up being a long day, but we got a taste of many different things we wanted to see. The tour guide was very good and was able to answer the many questions.
The day turned out being very nice. We would recommend it to others.
Thanks

Money Better Spent on Hop-on/off bus
The only really good point of this tour was eartly access to the Tower of London. However, time provided for this site was sorely inadequate. We needed at least another hour! From there we boarded a Thames river cruise. The cruise lasted 17 minutes and much of that time was spent stopping at other pickup docks. A total waste of time, sinxe we saw little between the Tower and the Embankment. We were late for the "changing of the guard' and could not get near the event. However, the guide did inform of where the guard would return to their barracks so that we could get a first-hand view. Ohter sites were not easily seen in a tour bus -- best seen from open-air buses. In fact, the best idea is to find a [link] bus.
wonderful trip
Our trip to Bath, Stonehenge and Salisbury was wonderful.
Wish we had more time to walk around in the city of Bath,
but we also knew that we had a lot of ground to cover.
Our tour guide (Mel) was informative, courteous, and funny.

a good service with a "but"...
The main starting points are not clear at all, and I had to get around Trafalgar square wasting lots of time to look for the startin point. I suggest you to put a flag or a visible clear sign where the starting points are. Then, once on bus, the headphones were not working and I couldn't hear a word. All'n all London is great and have a service at least that allow you to get off and on in different locations for one day is a good practical thing.

It is very nice programme. It is very worth paying.
I understand now why it is a popular programme. Places and things were very interesting and impressive. Guide and bus driver were nice and knowledgeable. Only reason I do not give 5 stars is we had too little time and Easter vacation caused long queue for each place but I understand the situation and it is unavoidable for understand one day trip to have intensive peogramme.

Lack of pre-booked advance entry tickets
The agent who greeted us at St. Pancras for our outbound Eurostar train to Paris was very friendly and efficient. Upon arrival in Paris, the tour guide met us on time and was very clear in her descriptions. However, we were disappointed that advance entry tickets resulted in our inability to skip lines at the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame Cathedral, so because of time restraints, we did not get in to either. Our guide did manage to negotiate (at the last minute) our entry into the Musee D'Orsay, which she offered in compensation for the above two disappointments, and this was most enjoyable. Overall, the experience was OK, but would have been much better if we had advance group entry tickets that would have enabled us to skip the queues.

Fun but a bit rushed
This was a fun experience and I highly recommend the tour if time is tight. However, this tour was overbooked and they almost tore our group apart. Not only that, the staff didn't seem to know what to do with the overcrowding. You just have to remember to be back at the bus at a specific time otherwise they will leave without you!
Aside from the timing/overbooking issues. I had a great time on this trip as it was a fun way to see a bit of everything
