Signable is a great piece of software…

Signable is a great piece of software for document online signing. I have used it for many years and its easy to use.
Customer support is quick and efficient, I rarely have to call them but when I do they were quick to answer the phone and to deal with the issue.
I have no hesitation to recommend them and their software!

OK for signing docs but not for long forms

Needs to be used for short forms only. I was sent a 'fact find' survey by a financial services firm using Signable. It had about 60 questions, asking for detailed information. Some way through I phoned Signable and was told that a survey has to be completed in one sitting. ie it does not remember where you got to and let you re-start where you left off. Maybe the financial services firm shouldn't have been using Signable for this purpose. But equally it is up to Signable to signpost the use cases for which it is designed. It is obvious that surveys with over 60 questions should have a 'continue where you left off' functionality. So I think I am justified in my admittedly harsh review. That said, the person I spoke to at Signable was helpful and communicative, and for that they deserve credit.

Many of our customers do use our platform to create documents with a large number of fields; however, you’re right that the signing page does not currently auto-save progress. This is for security purposes -once the document is opened, the session is explicitly available on that device and needs to be completed there during that time window, rather than being saved and resumed later. That said, I completely understand why this would be frustrating in your situation, especially with a longer form.

As mentioned when we spoke on the phone, I have raised your feedback directly with our product team. There is also an existing suggestion for a “save draft” feature, which you can view and support here: https://signable.fider.io/posts/97/a-save-draft-button-for-signers. You’re able to upvote this idea, which helps us prioritise improvements like this.

I can only apologise for any time lost as a result of not being able to save your progress, and I really appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. It’s invaluable in helping us understand what to prioritise for both our customers and their signers.

I'm fed up with signable too

I'm fed up with signable too, my problem is still not solved. Ive requested help and have got not much or no response.
Also they are keeping £75 of my money and are refusing to return it stating they do not refund mistakes. They claim that their system is trustworthy and does not produce errors. Well it has for me.

I’m sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience, and I’d like to clarify a few points so we can address your concerns fairly.

When the purchase was made, the original issue raised was not that a mistake had occurred, but that you believed there had been an error on our part. Our records clearly indicate that the purchase was made in line with the options selected at the time.
Nevertheless, despite outlining what was listed in our T&Cs as per this refund, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered a £75 credit to your account, which was accepted.

As a result, we understood this matter to be resolved. Raising the same issue again after a resolution has been agreed can understandably cause confusion.

Regarding communication, we have responded to your queries in a timely manner. On occasions when you contacted us outside of business hours, you received a response within 30 minutes of us reopening. In one instance, we did not receive a reply from you for 11 days after our response. In such cases, we reasonably assume that the matter has been resolved unless we hear otherwise.

We have always aimed to provide clear answers to your questions, and at no point have you been purposefully ignored. You were also invited to attend our webinar to help resolve a user issue.

At every stage, we have made genuine efforts to reach a fair and supportive resolution. While we regret that this outcome has not met your expectations, please be assured that we have acted in good faith throughout and remain happy to continue supporting you. Perfect Digital signing platform at a perfect cost

We have used digital signing before but the two things that made us turn to Signable was, cost and summary page.
The cost of signable is brilliant. It does everything we needed compared to our other provider, apart from a couple of slight difference that could be improved (hence JUST SLIGHTLY missing out on a 5 star) BUT it doesn't affect us in our job that much and also the summary page is downloaded with the signed document as one...this was a MASSIVE headache from the other company that charged us so much more yet we had to do more work. really happy with Signable.

Overall a disappointing user experience

Overall a disappointing user experience, the platform doesn’t feel mature enough, and it’s definitely not suitable for occasional use. The pricing plans look fine on paper, but in practice the experience falls short. Emails are only sent in English, and while branding can be customized, you can’t add multiple email templates, which makes it impractical for companies working globally across different countries.
When we first signed up (after the trial), we were asked to upgrade just to customize branding. I chose the pay-as-you-go option, but at no point was I shown a clear breakdown of benefits and limitations. Later, support told me it was my mistake and that I’d have to accept it, not a great experience, and trying to upsell for a plan even if it was only €15.
For occasional users, it’s even worse: you have to pay and all emails are overloaded with their ads and could damage your business image rather than help it. If you need an e-signature solution for occasional use or want something more polished, I’d recommend sticking with other providers instead.

For occasional use, we offer a Pay As You Go option, which allows you to purchase credits for envelopes whenever you need them. This plan also includes useful features such as unlimited users and unlimited templates, among others.

If you’d prefer your emails from the platform to be sent in another language, you can update this in the Branding tab. While English is set as the default, this text can be fully customised to suit your preferred language or brand tone. The Branding feature is available from our Small Business plan and above, so it’s not a major step up to access this functionality.

Please know that it’s really important to us in the Customer Support team that our customers feel heard and valued. We would never look to upsell in a pushy way - that’s simply not how we operate. That said, sometimes upgrading can be the more cost-effective option, as the Small Business plan includes 50 envelopes per month and access to additional features.

I’m truly sorry that your time with us so far has felt this way. Had this been raised with any of us previously, we absolutely would have done our best to resolve it. We genuinely appreciate your honesty and will take your feedback on board as we continue improving the experience.

I'm literally fed up with signable

I'm literally fed up with signable. Every time I use it for a contract the templates one is confronted with are confusing and lacking in any sort of intuition. I am done with it. I shall be looking to take my business elsewhere. It has to be easier than what they have made it.

The system was very easy to use

The system was very easy to use. although it might help if you can rotate a PDF page inside the system.
I could not do this and had to rescan the documents the correct way up.
