Was sceptical about this to be honest but having moved home and tried PAYG SIM cards from all network providers and the best signal I could get was 2 bars but that was intermittent, generally 1 bar was the norm.
Called the company to discuss and was given reassurance it would work and give 3-4 bars.
Took the plunge and placed the order. Delivery was quick and install was straightforward.
Couldn’t believe I got an instant 4 bars of signal. Around 2 weeks in and can’t fault it. Not cheap, but if you want full use of your phone class it as an investment.
4 bars is good for 4-5 metres diameter then drops to 3 and so on the further you get away from the box of tricks. They have systems that give greater coverage but I’m more than happy with the kit I have.

Product arrived quickly, minor oopsie with the external antenna being missing, an email later and it arrived the next day.
Device is working brilliantly; not cheap but it works.
Donor antenna a bit fiddly to setup as the feedback on the app is slow, so small adjustment .. wait .. rinse & repeat.

As a rural church with very thick walls, we were really struggling to come up with a solution for enabling us to receive contactless donations. After a really helpful chat with Joe, we have managed to boost the 4G signal by installing the aerial in the bell tower - a great solution for us and much more straight forward than trying to get broadband installed.

We suffered from poor phone coverage at our office for years. We engaged with signal boosters and they provided a solution that has worked extremely well. We now have coverage throughout the entire building! Great service and excellent reliable products. Would highly recommend.

Had zero mobile signal in the house and, at best, one bar outside. Our aerial fitters recommended Signal Boosters and they advised on an approved solution. Arrived quickly and fitted the same day. Instructions said it could take 30 minutes to set up but within 2 minutes I was getting 4 bar signal throughout the house. Absolutely brilliant.

To be honest I have used Cel-Fi products for many years and have found them to do a fantastic job of providing good signal in areas where we did not get any signal at all. I am about to start refreshing all of the old Duo and Pro models we installed over 6 years ago at multiple sites with the GO G41. In this time we have not had one fail! I know the G41 will work very well due to some initial testing already done. This is the first time dealing directly with Frequency and I have to say the support I have received from Larissa & Joe has been fantastic. If you are looking for a signal booster don't waste your time with any other brand!

It is often said that it is not what is done but how it is done that is most important and this sentiment certainly applies to Signal Boosters and more specifically, Joe Rogers.

From the pre-sale discussion to conclusion I could not speak too highly of Joe as he has diligently supported me through thick and thin.

Ultimately, and regrettably, we were not able to overcome the challenging technical issues at my location but that is in no way a reflection on the customer support that I received from Joe, which has quite simply been outstanding.

On this basis, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company to anyone that wants a professional solution and needs to work with people with integrity.

I was looking around for a signal booster as I am in the UK on an extended trip. The rental I'm in is in a dead-spot. If I go 100ft in any direction I have 2-3 bars, but not in or around the rental. I went to MANY online stores and tried the chat to help figure out a product I could use. Only these guys actually responded in a timely manner (within a couple minutes, if I recall). The person I spoke to was super helpful, going so far as to take a picture of something and sending it to help me understand the options.

The price was a little bit higher than some other advertised sites, but it was well worth it in terms of promptness and helpfulness in their dealings with me. I selected the "Cel-Fi GO G41 Signal Booster" and the Yagi antenna. They shipped it out same day, and I received it on-time.

The unit works perfectly and took me from no-signal to 1 bars (and a ton of dropped calls) to a constant 5 bars. Our mobile data went from less than 1 megabits/sec to around 16-20 megabits/sec. It's an incredible unit.

The kit, seems expensive, compared to "others available" - but it works. Easy to setup and configure, and the direction testing is a massive help. Have tried "others", and this kit is far superior.

From start to finish the team have been extremely helpful in providing sound advice and guidance. Especially Joe Rogers who kept in regular contact to ensure the installation was going to plan.

A key point for me is that when I needed support, at the drop of a hat it was there for me. Joe worked behind the scenes with the technical specialists who were able to resolve the issue (relating to a new Service Provider) within no time at all.

I fully endorse this company and the Nextivity Cel-Fi GO G41 mobile solution that we purchased.

Was unable to return a part of a bundle which was not suitable despite paying for a more expensive replacement component.
Was assured replacement component was compatible but arrived without an adaptor.
All came over as a bit complacent & smug

Easy to install, went from 1 bar (or bars) to 4 bars throughout house and garden.

Installed in our office in 5 minutes, works perfectly, really improved the quality of the signal. Before it was impossible to make a call, now you can talk without problems.
