Great choice of dresses on the website. Ordered 2 dresses to try on at home. They were delivered within 2 days and well packaged. Kept one of the dresses and it was very easy to return the other. The refund was made very quickly. Great service and communication from them. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Online buyers BEWARE! Sarah refused my request to return this dress from her online Etsy shop. I had to open a CASE with Etsy, she then agreed to accept the return with 75% cash refund or 100% credit note. This is her shop policy, HOWEVER, returns for REMORSE i.e. it doesn't fit, you don't like it etc - under UK Distance Selling Law (Consumer Rights Act 2015) and Etsy House Rules, you are ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND INCLUDING POSTAGE COST (not return postage) that's 100% cash refund including the postage you paid. This is the LAW. You must contact the seller within 14 days of receipt to request a return. Sarah fought this through the case stating it applied to 'not as described' - this is incorrect. Information can be found on the UK gov website under accepting returns and giving refunds. Etsy managed the full refund. Sarah made this the worst buying experience.

The dress I ordered arrived quickly, was well packaged and I was not disappointed with the item. The material is gorgeous and fits perfectly. I bought it for my son's wedding mid July so have not worn it yet but I am delighted with my choice ( and I took a long time to find the right one!).

Had a lovely experience this week with Sarah and her mum looking for a dress for our sons wedding.
They were both so helpful and accommodating and could not do enough to help find the right dress.

Finding a MOG dress for someone more accustomed to jeans and a t-shirt was daunting. Sarah and her Mum were so helpful and friendly that I shouldn’t have worried. I felt relaxed and they gave excellent advice.

Dress is beautiful. I ordered a size 12 and the fit was true to size.

Sons wedding outfit needed urgent had just 5 days to find outfit suitable. Sarah was very understanding of my urgency.
