I found this company when I was visiting Crufts. They had a large range of personalised gifts. I wanted to buy a leather handbag and have my favourite dog etched on it. Emma was very helpful in showing me their range of bags. They did not have the one I wanted so she took an order. It arrived today (about 2 weeks) and I love it. I can't recommend highly enough. Service and communication were great.
