DO NOT buy from these rogue traders! I was sold a dangerous vehicle which had a major brake failure due to fluid loss putting my family's lives in danger. Conman Dayrl Harris hadn't built the brakes properly and sold it to me with a FAKE MOT. It had multiple other faults too. He couldn't care less when I contacted him so I had to take him to court and won full damages. I also know for a fact someone else is in the process of taking him to court. This is how he does business, sells faulty, dangerous vehicles with fake MOTs. DO NOT trust Daryl Harris, DO NOT buy from him.

This is the most dishonest company that I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. RUN! RUN!RUN! in the other direction. Unfortunately, we did not read the reviews and paid a £1300 deposit for a skipper. We changed our minds after seeing the reviews and becoming suspicious of different variables that they were requiring in order to obtain finance. Daryl kept fobbing us off stipulating that he would return the money this day, then that day and then it was that he was having difficulty obtaining the money as they had spent it and they were way into their overdraft as a company. On our last conversation, things got heated as again, he stated that the money would be there for a 5th time on a different day. When I pointed out that he has stipulated this on numerous occasions yet no money had been returned, he informed me that we would never be receiving the return of the deposit and hung up on me. It doesn't seem to worry him either that we are now going to small claims court to place a lien against the truck. He appeared positively giddy on the phone which makes me think that he has somehow been through this process many times before. He, and the company are nothing but fraudsters and thieves. Buy form them at your own peril!

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star if I could. This company is a bunch of con artists and I wish I had looked at the reviews before agreeing to buy a van from from.

We agreed to buy a van and finance the cost through my company. I was asked to send the deposit and was told by the dealership that the finance in the companies name had all been approved so I sent the deposit. When the finance agreements came through, it had only been approved if I personally signed a guarantee for the loan. I was not happy to do this and advised I could not proceed unless the finance was agreed without the personal guarantee. The dealership couldn’t get this and agreed to return the deposit as the deal was null and void.

We have been chasing Daryl for over a week who kept saying yes, I will send it and today he’s just sworn down the phone at us and said we are never getting the deposit back.

We are now involving a solicitor and the police to issue a claim against this company and will look to recover the money through the courts as they have no right to keep this.

Avoid this company at all costs, they have stolen our money and are criminals. No wonder their reviews are so bad if this is how they operate a business

Bought a van off these cowboys. Long story short, the van broke down within 20 minutes, I've ended up being stuck with the van, took it for a health check and it has a list of problems that's not going to be cheap to get it sorted. No help whatsoever, blocked on Facebook, ignores calls and texts. Stay clear of these con artists

What a bunch of cowboys stay away unless you want to lose your hard-earned money

Didn’t go through with booking a van due to very rude and abrupt sales person on the phone who wouldn’t answer a few simply questions politely. It doesn’t take much to be pleasant.

Great customer service and easy transaction. Lovely brand new van and good price made the whole experience easy. Thumbs up from me!

Amazing professional service and fantastic van. We were let down on a Friday at 3.15pm for house removal on the Monday at 8.00am. Hired a 3.5t which was immaculate. Booking and both hand overs excellent. Will def use again

We have used Signature for years. This time, however...
Rude, aggressive depot manager.
It is not necessary to take multiple pictures of us, (since we had already provided photo ID). It is not necessary to accuse us of skimping on the fuel top-up, on no evidence. It is not necessary to treat us as criminals.
Never again.

Absolute the worst people you could even think about hiring from!! STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!! I called signature who said that they would reserve a van for me if I forwarded all docs required!! This was done instantly and said thank you your van is booked for you!!! 1hour before collection time I get a call saying they are unable to give the Luton box van I had reserved 48hours in advance!! They will give me a long wheel base van instead which is unacceptable as I needed the Luton van as I was moving home!! Absolute worst people for business!! Biggest let down for hire vehicles on the market!! Excuses are poor!! Wrongens!!!

After a bad experience with Nationwide vehicle hire I was a little hesitant on hiring another van but from the moment I enquired till the time I returned the van I couldn’t have asked for more. The office rang me to explain the identification process and after a swift and pleasant booking service I arrived at there site only to be presented with a almost brand new van with all the extras you could want for a perfect journey. The van was perfect and I drove over 500 miles without a care in the world. I returned the van and got a email a couple of days later informing me that my deposit would be returned to me and that in there eyes it was a perfect hire. Since then I have hired a second van with exactly the same helpful friendly and efficient service. I’m due to do yet another journey hopefully in the middle of January and would not use anyone else. These guys are the best with clean, well maintained vehicles. The whole experience was wonderful. Well done Signature.
