I really don’t like leaving one-star…
I really don’t like leaving one-star reviews, but after being a generally happy Signifyd customer for years, I’m out of other options. What should have been a simple renewal has dragged on with long stretches of no response, which has made it surprisingly hard to get basic questions answered or move anything forward.
The other issue is the contract itself. The agreement we were sent contained terms and provisions that were not what we discussed and not what we expected to sign, and we weren’t given a workable path to correct those mismatches.
I’m genuinely disappointed because the product relationship has been solid historically. If you’re considering Signifyd, my advice is to be very careful during renewal: insist on timely communication and make sure the contract you receive matches what was actually agreed to.
