You put the delivery to fragt Denmark and the end i needed to go to their depo to take the pakkege. And i pay a lot for the package , on the end to go my self to take the pakkege.

Mistakes can happen. But how the manager solved that mistake was very nice!
I ordered 3 items and one of them was delivered wrongly. Human error - no problem, this happens.
I wrote a mail asking how I can send it back and how we can make sure that I'm refunded for postage.
The manager Morten decided not to deliver things back and forth. Instead he just let me keep that wrong item (a hand sanitizer that was actually about the same price as post delivery). And he quickly sent me the correct one in addition!
No waste of time or money for the extra post delivery! And of course I'm happy with a sudden gift :)
My next purchase will of corse be from you again!

The design of the shoes on the back side is bad, it's not anatomically, when you wear them, after hours, you will feel pain on back sides of your foots.

So I have ordered some hand sanitizers in Feb. But after a few days I've got a message that they are out of stock and have no idea when the producer can supply my items well because of the crissis. Then a few days later I asked them if it is still a problem and the nice support lady answered and she can replace the item with something similar and they've shiped my items the next day. 🙂
I think they did most of the handling process manually before, which is fine because they sell hygiene and safety products needed by special companies. Now suddenly the whole country needs their service 🙂.
Overall, I think they did great and they have tried their best to help people given the circumstances.
Of course I advise them to invest more on automation so they can manage better in the future.

Great choice of safety equipement for a very competitive price/quality ratio. Unfortunately I had to cancel my most recent order because of the estimated delivery date that was too delayed for my specific need. I finally ended up buying the same products 30% more expensive soewhere else :( Customer service of Sikkerhedsgiganten immediately canceled my order apologizing for the inconvenience. Great professionnalism and care for customer.
