If I could put zero stars I would!
If I could put zero stars I would!
Slowed down the whole process to the point our mortgage offer expired. We had to keep chasing them up, poor communication!
The lady we were dealing with over the phone (Faye) was very rude and dismissive.
Do not not use, find a proper solicitor, you get what you pay for here!
Campions are a total nightmare to deal…
Campions are a total nightmare to deal with and I nearly lost the house I wanted because they NEVER get back to you. I have asked around about them and they have such a bad reputation that some estate agents won’t accept offers from buyers who are with them as they know how bad they are. You’re given a team with a colour rather than an individual solicitor so nobody is accountable for your property. They don’t respond to your enquiries or the other solicitors in the chain and you are completely helpless. Avoid them like the plague.
Dreadful company
Dreadful company! At a very stressful time, when things are already spiralling out of control, in a direction that you would rather they weren't, to be expecting a letter for over a week which 1. They forget to send and 2. When they do send it, after being reminded, the 'enclosed document's are not enclosed! Solicitors don't come cheap and I certainly would not be dealing with such cruel jokers by choice.
Campions were great
Campions were great. Blue team were very thorough and informative when things came up that may be an issue. They were good at dealing with me, a slightly difficult and impatient client and putting my mind at ease during a shared ownership transaction
Great service
Great service, Diane dealt with my file and I felt well informed throughout. They are very reasonable with fees too I would highly recommend and use again myself in the future
Perfect throughout!!
The guys at Campions have been nothing but perfect throughout the whole process. TemBlue was amazing, communication was excellent and fast, I would get email replays in just few minutes, queries were dealt with very quickly and it only took them 22 days to complete the process including id and finance check. Highly recommend.
Rude and useless
I had to call these as they sent a letter of complete lies on instruction.
The receptionists were rude and tried to talk over me and I got a snotty email from one of the solicitors accusing me of being rude and I quote "the reason I got the letter was from my historical abuse of women", from an accusation, based on a lie, that I can prove was a lie and will prove.
Should learn manners and teach their staff how to address people properly.
Lack of communication poor, even for a solicitors!
Unfortunately, our experience with Campions has been disappointing and the lack of communication has caused complications throughout. It felt impersonal and like we were ignored many times. We didn't feel listened to and questions were often ignored and had to be asked again and again before we received an answer.
I wouldn't recommend them at all.
If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT use this firm.
Unprofessional, incompetent, lack of communication are some of the issues.
We stated several times we were unhappy with the service being provided to us, after no communication this was escalated by our mortgage advisor to the manager an still no contact from them despite our trying.
7 months we waited to exchange contracts, this happened the day our mortgage offer was due to expire an met with a reply of well it's not my fault you will just have to apply for an extension or new mortgage.
We had to duplicate documents, chase for any updates, contact the sellers estate agent ourselves for updates as our solicitor provides non.
Whilst we can appreciate current circumstances may have lead to a delay, as a no chain on either party sale we can't understand the hold up other than the solicitor was incompetent, the branch take on far more work than they can process and at the end of the day they just don't care.
Diligent, Professional, Efficient
If you are looking for a professional, prudent, efficient solicitors' firm for conveyancing, look no further. My wife and I could not have asked for a better firm to handle our remote acquisition of a UK property. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the whole firm, in particular, Tae, Lauren and the whole Yellow Team for their diligence and professionalism throughout the whole process. We would definitely go for their service in the future.
A horrible hard divorce made easy!

Do not use them they are totally incompetent and lie to back each other up. Owner threatened me when I complained to make my sale fall though! Luckily I was selling to a friend so he could tell me wha problems t his solicitors were having with Campions.
Do not use ! Mr Campion is aggressive and vindictive if you complain!
Would highly recommend
I have heard from many people that conveyancing can be a challenging and time-consuming component of purchasing a house. On that basis, I feel so lucky to have found Campions and have to worked with Helen Stockton and her team. Helen’s communication was excellent and I felt well-informed and supported throughout the process. Helen was able to help us complete our house purchase much sooner than I had anticipated and partnered well with all the stakeholders involved to ensure we avoided delays where possible. I would definitely use Campions again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Affordable, Secure Conveyancing
The service provided at Campion Solicitors in respect of conveyancing procedures for a house sale has been very satisfactory. Due to the Covid regulations there has been no requirement for face to face contact and the sales process was carried out in a very professional manner with documentation provided electronically. There is a secure electronic messaging service available to protect customer's privacy. On completion of the house sale monies were transferred almost immediately. I found the staff helpful and friendly in their communications and would recommend Campion Solicitors services for conveyancing matters.
Professional and responsive
I've used Campions for “Transfer of Equity” and found them professional and responsive. I feel that they have offered value for money and would consider using them again.

I will definitely use this firm again and recommend to anyone who is looking for high standard service and yet very reasonable fee.
