Not happy with the quality of the product packaging
My overall online shopping experience was standard, but the packaging needs improvement. The website selection is decent, and the Click & Collect service worked perfectly for me. However, I was disappointed with how one of my items I received. The product packaging was already opened, making it look like a item previously returned by another customer. The internal packaging was also in very poor condition. If I had seen this on a store shelf, I would not have purchased it. Receiving a seemingly used or returned item as new was a highly disappointing experience. I discovered that once I am back home from the Silvan shop. If I shop again, I will check the product before I receive from Click and Collect counter. I trusted Silvan this time, but it seemed not worth.

We understand why receiving an item in this condition caused you to question whether it had previously been returned. Please contact the store where you collected the order and bring the item and your receipt, so they can look into the matter and try to find a suitable solution.
