I have payed for paking the buying…

I have payed for paking the buying stuff i saw it was not and i asked again they reply it is like that but i saw on bill there charging stand for the packing, unfortunately heavy rain damage some pieces of my order it is bit annoying i do not expect this next time and need to refund that extra charge for the packet.

This does not include wrapping of the item.

I rented post digging machine and had…

I rented post digging machine and had some problems.
1.pick and order order number doesn't work so guy at desk had to find it and took 10 min extra.
2. Machine blades are not sharp really dull.
3. Machine lack maintenance because it's was overheating and I used it anyway only 20mins.
Customer service is fine :)
