A LOT of the items that the website states are in stock at the specific store don’t exist and you can spend a long time running around trying to find them.its also pretty frustrating with the new young staff who has ZERO interest in helping out & would clearly much rather just stand behind the counter and talk to each other. No one is even remotely willing to help & look for the items you’re searching for. And what the heck is with all these dead plants ALL over the place? even having the audacity to sell them for full price 🙄 silvan Valby use to be one of the best stores in Copenhagen but for the past year it’s just gone downhill & as a customer you almost feel like you’re just bothering the staff if you ask a question or advice. Seriously you guys can do better! Give the young staff ( especially the unmotivated girls ) a crash course in customer service and educate them in the products you actually sell. It’s not rocket science

I ordered BRITA Limescale Expert filters for hard water and paid DKK 168.95 for two filters. Instead of delivering what I purchased, SILVAN sent me regular filters for soft/medium water, which are cheaper and not even listed on their own website.
I filed a formal complaint with their support team but received no reaction at all. This lack of response only adds to the frustration and shows complete disregard for customers.
This feels misleading and dishonest. Not only did they waste my time, but I also did not get the product I paid for. If a company cannot deliver the correct items and refuses to respond to complaints, how can you trust them?
I strongly advise against buying BRITA products from SILVAN.

I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a pot and it arrived broken due to poor packaging and delivery handling. On top of that, customer service has been unreasonably slow in resolving the issue. This level of service is unacceptable and needs urgent improvement.

They charge a fee for credit cards without telling you - and for me it was over 3% for a Danish MasterCard. After I saw this charge the said there is no way they would refund it, and even if I returned the goods they would still keep the extra charge.
