Don't waste yourself

There are prices on the website but you have to provide name, address, phone, email to get a quote. Someone asks if I am just inquiring or am serious about buying. I told them if they can supply prices and availability I am ready to buy. They tell me there are prices on the website! Now I'm annoyed but give them the benefit of the doubt and ask them how EXACTLY do I order and they reply "If you wish to get a quote, I can send you an official quote."
I reply "How many times do I have to ask...three?"
They reply "don't be rude"!
The lack of intelligence in this region never ceases to amaze me! Took my business (five bars) elsewhere.
