I placed an order in November for my daughter's hockey kit. It never arrived. Despite various Tweets, emails and finally a phone call, we've still not been refunded. I know other parents on the team have had a similar experience. Despite not being able to process a refund, they have plenty of time to Tweet their brilliance.

Really good quality merch. The stitching was excellent. I will be buying again.

We found Andy and Silverfx after they started working with a rival / friend. We couldn’t be happier with the service we have received, Andy did most if not all of the work himself and was a genuine pleasure to work with.

Order to delivery can be slightly longer than expected but such is life during a pandemic and the fact he has been able to complete all orders is nothing short of impressive.

On the odd occasion we’ve had any issue Andy has always been quick to solve it and tbh in one case went above and beyond what he should have done for one of our members.
