Bought a new wheel from Fanatec which…
Bought a new wheel from Fanatec which arrived without the necessary adapter. I found an alternative via Sim Demon that was cheaper and allowed me to get the product next day - instead of waiting weeks for Fanatec. I called customer service before placing the order and spoke to Liam. The phone was answered within seconds. Liam answered my questions and ensured my order arrived next day. The product works perfectly.

A real gem
A fantastic team. I recently purchased a full set up from the guys and happened to be working in the area soon after phoned and arranged to go into the shop. What a place!! Great set ups and the staff and owner went out of there way to help me. Even showing me the best way to put my rig together. They even managed to sell me a couple of extra bits. Highly recommend visit if you’re looking to get into race or flight sims.
